美国FLOWSERVE公司是个新公司，成立于1997年6月， 它是由具有130年历史的BW/IF（Byron Jackson）公司与具有90年历史的Durco国际公司合并而成的。1998年泵销售额42.99亿元，排名世界泵业第六强，与ITT、格兰富、苏尔寿相当。
日，公司用7.75亿美金收购了第五强IDP公司。2001年销售额跃居全球泵业第二强，排名在ITT后、荏原之前。
FLOWSERVE公司由三个部门组成。其一是阀部；其二是泵部；其三是密封部。
在泵设计和制造方面，FLOWSERVE是全球泵业的领导者。它的泵产品主要用于许多工业领域，包括石油、化工和电力工业。执行ANSI、ISO和API标准。
