中国传统纪年的中一个循环的第31年称“甲午年”。60年午马吉祥图一周期便又重复出现一次。
农历借用干支来纪年，其一年的范围在正月初一至除夕内，此点并无争议。但干支历和农历是两种不同的历法，两者在年份起点、月份划分规则、每年天数等皆不同。“十一五”国家重点图书出版规划项目《中国古代历法》一书中阐述了干支纪年是的一部分，且从立春起算。并明确指出2000多年来干支历与农历（数序纪时）“既互相配合又各自成系统[1]”！意思很明白，农历借用干支来纪年，但农历从正月初一起算不能改变干支纪年从立春起算这一原则。由于民国后使用了公历，不少民众包括极个别所谓专家在历法知识上的欠缺，所以干支历和农历逐渐被混淆。
是以60组各不相同的标记年、月、日、时的一种，是中国所特有的。[1]它以为岁首，用二十四节气划分出十二个月，每个月含有两个节气，没有。干支历与地球环绕太阳的周期运动有关，它能反映出一年四季的气候变化。自古以来，干支历一直为官方和民间所普通认识，应用于天文、风水、命理和中医等领域上，并为历朝官方历书（即）所记载。以清朝官修史书《》为例，书中的干支纪年均以立春为分割点：如中华书局影印《清实录》之第十七册，乾隆实录之第九册，第573页，二十七年十二月廿二日（庚戌）立春，《实录》的记载是：“庚戌。是日癸未年立春。”另见清代《》第九十五回：“是年甲寅年十二月十八日立春，元春薨日是十二月十九日，已交卯年寅月”，这里更是明确地指出干支历在纪年纪月时的转换点。
那么，什么是干支？干支就字面意义来说，就相当于树干和枝叶。我国古代以天为主，以地为从，天和干相连叫天干，地和支相连叫地支，合起来叫，简称干支。有十个，就是甲、乙、丙、丁、戊、己、庚、辛、壬、癸，有十二个，依次是子、丑、寅、卯、辰、巳、午、未、申、酉、戌、亥。古人把它们按照甲子、乙丑、丙寅......（也就是天干转六圈而地支转五圈，正好一个循环）的顺序而不重复地搭配起来，从甲子到癸亥共六十对，叫做。是六十花甲之中的甲午年，即通俗所说的午马年，与万物的开始“甲子”柱相比，其年柱甲午之天干甲木不变，地支却是午火与子水相冲，这是一种特别的意象，纳音统称为“沙中金”[2]。是19世纪末侵略和的战争。它以日（清二十年，日本二十七年）的爆发为开端，到日《》签字结束。按中国，时年为，故称甲午战争(Sino-Japanese War) 。这场战争以中国失败告终。中国政府迫于日本的压力，签订了的——《》。它给带来空前严重的民族危机，大大加深了中国社会化的程度。掀起了列强瓜分的狂潮。

电汇和支票的区别
结算地区不同：电汇适用异地结算，适用同城结算。
金额不同：电汇根据所汇金额不同收手续费，各地不同，一般5-20元不等，不需要手续费。
手续不同：电汇需要汇款人填写电汇单到银行专柜办理，只需要财务人员开据交给收款人即可。
到帐时间也不一样:电汇一般三个工作日左右到账（如果是同行的话，当天到账），支票一般两个小时，最晚一个工作日就能够到帐。
电汇与异地存款的区别
电汇是通过电报办理业务。而异地存款是在甲地开立的银行帐户，到乙地存入的款项叫异地存款。电汇与异地存款的区别就是；前者为汇兑业务，后者是存取款业务。中国只有内部全国联网的银行才可以实时的划帐。各个银行收受的不同，工行1%，最高不超过50，农行0.5%，最高不超过50元，跨行不另收费。最好是同行电汇且联网的，不同行都需要好几天。
同行与不是同行会有差别的，具体几天就要汇款时可以问银行。而且，时间长短与汇款是选择普通或加急等都有关系(当然手续费也会有所差别)。电汇时，由汇款人填写汇款申请书，并在申请书中注明采用电汇方式。同时，将所汇款项及所需费用交汇出行，取得电汇回执。汇出行接到汇款申请书后，为防止因申请书中出现的差错而耽误或引起汇出资金的意外损失，汇出行应仔细审核申请书，不清楚的地方与汇款人及时联系。
汇出行办理电汇时，根据汇款申请书内容以电报或电传向汇入行发出指示。电文内容主要有：汇款金额及币种、收款人名称、地址或、汇款人名称、地址、附言、头寸拨付办法、汇出行名称或地址等。为了使汇入行证实电文内容确实是由汇出行发出的，汇出行在正文前要加列双方银行所约定使用的密押（Testkey）。
汇入行收到电报或电传后，即核对密押是不是相符，若不符，应立即拟电文向汇出行查询。若相符，即缮制电汇通知书，通知收款人取款。收款人持通知书一式两联向汇入行取款，并在收款人收据上签章后，汇入行即凭以。实务中，如果收款人在汇入行开有帐户，汇入行往往不缮制汇款通知书，仅凭电文将款项收入收款人收户，然后给收款人一收帐通知单，也不需要收款人签具收据。最后，汇入行将付讫借记通知书（Debit Advice）寄给汇出行。
电汇中的电报费用由汇款人承担，对电汇业务一般均当天处理，不占用邮递过程的汇款资金，所以，对于较大的汇款或通过或银行间的汇划，多采用。
电汇操作流程
（一） 接到国外客户的订单电汇流程图
（二） 做传国外客户，国外客户回签
（三） 做生产单传国内客户，国内客户回签
（四） 向国外客户要回、彩图、条形码，把唛头、彩图、条形码传给国内客户
（五） 紧追国内客户进行生产
（六） 在离大约有10天左右，向国外客户的货代要订舱单标准格式，按要求填好之后反传船公司订舱
（七） 船公司传出正式的S/O
（八） 一般是自己的验货员去供应商厂里验货（如果客户在大陆有验货代表一般是要求供应商把货物拖回本公司，再让客户大陆验货代表进行验货）
（九） 把S/O传给拖车行（在S/O面前注明拖柜时间、地点、时间，联系电话等前往拖柜）
（十） 做出报关内容即“FAX MESSAGE”，向拖车行问清报关行地址，以方便外贸公司寄出全套
（十一） 在“FAX MESSAGE”上注明报关行地址，再把“FAX MESSAGE”传给外贸公司
（外贸公司会把报关资料传给报关行）,同时给厂家下“装柜通知”
（十二） 装完柜之后，把柜号、封条号等资料填好，（需要熏蒸的货物，把熏蒸格式填好）再传给报关行，进行报关

根据划转款项的不同方法以及传递方式的不同可以分为和电汇两种，由人自行选择。是人向银行提出申请，同时交存一定及手续费，汇出行将信汇委托书以邮寄方式寄给汇入行，授权汇入行向收款人一定金额的一种。电汇是汇款人将一定款项交存汇款银行，汇款银行通过电报或电传给目的地的分行或(汇入行)，指示汇入行向收款人支付一定金额的一种汇款方式。在这两种中，费用较低，但速度相对较慢，而电汇具有速度快的优点，但人要负担较高的电报电传费用，因而通常只在紧急情况下或者金额较大时适用。另外，为了确保电报的真实性，汇出行在电报上加注双方约定的密码；而信汇则不须加密码，签字即可。
汇兑结算适用范围广，手续简便易行，灵活方便，因而是目前一种应用极为广泛的。
第一，汇兑结算，无论是还是电汇，都没有起点的限制，不管款多款少都可使用。
第二，汇兑结算属于人向异地主动付款的一种。它对于异地上下级单位之间的资金调剂、清理旧欠以及往来款项的等都十分方便。汇兑还广泛地用于先后发货的交易。如果销货单位对购货单位的缺乏了解或者商品较为紧俏的情况下，可以让购货单位先，等收到货款后再发货以免收不回货款。当然购货单位采用先后发货的时，应详尽了解销货单位和供货能力，以免盲目地将款项汇出却收不到。如果对销货单位的资情情况和供货能力缺乏了解，可将款项汇到采购地，在采购地开立临时存款户，派人监督支付。
第三，结算方式除了适用于单位之间的款项划拨外，也可用于单位对异地的个人支付有关款项，如退休工资、医药费、各种劳务费、等，还可适用个人对异地单位所支付的有关款项，如邮购商品、书刊等。
