Nowadays, a great number of students have access to cell phones. To carry their phones wherever they go, they argue that phones are popuar with yongsters and facilitate their contact with family and friends. However, carrying phones poses a threat to classroom discipline. For instance, more often than not, we hear ringtones in the middle of class, which distracts students and teachers. What is worse, some use phones to text in class, wasting a great deal of time.
Overall, classroom is a place where students study and rest, so they should not play with phones in the classroom. Personally,I hold that what they should do is to concentrate on class and to spare no efforts on studies by balancing entertainment time and study time!
