&&& 一辆行驶里程约10.7万km的2009年一汽奔腾B50发动机故障灯和EPC故障灯均异常点亮。
&&& 检测分析：用故障检测仪F-ADS检查，读得故障代码&P0571----制动灯开关和制动测试开关信号失真&；踩下制动踏板，制动灯能正常点亮；记录并清除故障代码后试车，发动机故障灯熄灭，但EPC故障灯仍点亮；再次读取故障代码，无故障代码存储。查着制动开关数据，发现不踩制动踏板时，制动灯开关（LV-BLS）状态为关闭，制动开关（LV-BTS）状态为打开；踩下制动踏板时，制动灯开关状态为打开，制动开关状态仍为打开。由此可知，无论踩下还是松开制动踏板，制动开关状态均为打开，异常。
&&& 拆下制动开关检查，常开与常闭触点均正常；拉起制动开关上的复位销，先安装制动开关，再连接导线连接器；启动发动机，发现EPC故障灯熄灭；长时间路试，故障未再现。由此可知，该车故障是由制动开关间隙调整错误引起的。
&&& 排除方法：重新调整制动开关间隙。
