EWR纽瓦克：这个机场是在新泽西州了，但是离很近，所以使用率也是相当的高。纽瓦克机场有多样化的交通系统，包括命名为AirTrain的单轨列车系统。AirTrain连结了纽瓦克机场的三个航厦以及（NJT station），一个专门供旅客转乘（Amtrak）以及（New Jersey Transit 或缩写 NJ Transit）铁路系统。旅客可于本站转搭NJ Transit（Northeast Corridor Line）或者（North Jersey Coast Line）的列车。旅客亦可于此搭乘区间列车前往纽约市中心包括如等各转运中心。还有一个选择就是坐公交再转城际快速地铁PATH。由于这么多的选择，所以google也有点傻掉了，信息不够完整和科学。这里推荐坐62路公交车（1.5美金单次），16分钟到达Newark Penn Station（2.5美金单次，系统内换乘任意其他线路免费，但是出来了坐纽约地铁的话是要再次收费的），然后换乘PATH快速城际地铁，从搭公交到PATH来曼哈顿全程也是差不多1小时，但是费用才4美金。
下图是在Journal Square红线换乘橙线，同一个站台，对面就是。
在新泽西的PENN Station 从PATH到达PENN Station后下到地面一层，按照路线可以转乘公交Bus。
到了World Trade Center就可以去那一带，也可以走到曼哈顿城。在红线JournalSquare换乘橙线到了中城，可以根据你自己游玩的地点选择最近的站下，33街是广场所在地，走大约15分钟就可以到达42街时代广场。步行的话基本上一条街Street加上等红绿灯的时间，预算1.5分钟；一个大道Avenue要预算4分钟。在曼哈顿的很多上班族都住新泽西，而PATH就是他们主要的上下班交通工具。如果游玩天数比较多，最省钱的就是一次性买十次，这样平均是1.9美金一张票，必须花1美金买张新泽西公交卡SmartLink / SmartLink Gray卡。18分钟以后单个站可以刷第二次，要是情侣出行也可以等个18分钟。纽约公交卡MetroCard也是1美金一张，可以往里面反复存钱，到新泽西坐PATH也是可以刷单次2.5一次的。现在的MetroCard既能够存钱进去也可以同时买N天的Pass。我这次只买了一张MetroCard卡，不断存钱，每次存10美金还有奖励5%的钱，主要用在了坐PATH。
以下是google出来的线路，单程费用12.5美金（只能到new York Penn station，到其他地方换乘纽约地铁是要重新花2.5美金的），耗时1小时。其中坐AIRTRAIN从机场到火车站机场站这一段是免费的。号到7月中，AIRTRAIN检修停运，请改乘公交车。

亲问对人了，62号公交车的具体位置是在TerminalC的地面1层，出来后过马路看到有公交的地方就是了，记住往返的62路stop都是一个地点，去Newark PENN Station的方向是要看车头上方的LED屏，由于机场不是最后一站，所以反方向是去Elizabeth的，觉得不放心上车问下司机，注意准备好零钱，不找零的，1美金加上2个Quater，实在没有，就自己跟等车的人换一下，大部分都是很乐意的。
Google偶尔也会给出PATH的路线，但问题就是，只会给出红线，对于换乘到其他线路是一概没有信息的，我这次也是自己抱着试一试的心态去做了一次，结果成功了。
楼主的贴子太好啦！我研究了半天从新泽西到市中心都没明白，但楼主的贴子看起来也很复杂啊！我晕死了，怀疑是不是该放弃纽约地铁了，好复杂啊！
关键是PATH系统内可以换乘，而google不知道给换乘的方案。地铁实在是复杂，很多指示也没有；其实地铁看上去更复杂，但是实际搭乘起来还比较顺利！
麻烦问下，AirTrain在ＥＷＲ机场是免费的吗？7月份是关闭吗？另外 NJT和Amtrak是火车还是轻轨地铁呢？是不用等到那随买票随坐吗？还是有固定班次，多久一班呢？这两种有两三天的无限次数票吗？我从ＥＷＲ想去曼哈顿的，坐这两个的话是在曼哈顿的哪站下车呢？多谢啦！

AIRTRAIN从机场到火车站机场站这一段是免费的。号到7月中，AIRTRAIN检修停运，请改乘公交车。NJT算轨道交通地铁或轻轨都是一回事，AMTRAK是一般跨地区的火车，火车票都不便宜。去的话，先在PATH系统从新泽西的PennStation坐红线然后Journal Square换橙线一直坐到最后一站33rd street，然后可以一路北上逛过去，走到42街就是时代广场中心，基本上一条街一分钟步行。第五大道就很长了，看看地图很容易找到。PATH的频率很高，不用担心等待时间。
