【财新网(微博)】（记者&李虎军）“现在有很多研究生、博士生、博士后，甚至是讲师，没有足够的经济保障，这让他们做研究非常非常难”。日，第三届“青年科学之星”环境科学领域金奖得主、北京林业大学刘俊国教授，在举行的“寻找青年科学之星颁奖典礼”上发出了这样的感慨。&　　当天，35岁的刘俊国在代表获奖科学家致辞时，趁机“替所有的青年科学家说话”。该奖项由主办，爱思维尔出版集团协办，本届共有43位获奖者。获奖者均在40岁以下，其代表性论文具有较好的国际影响力。&　　“我在欧洲学习工作了近十年，这十年期间，我的奖学金、我的工资足以支持我的生活，让我安安心心地研究，舒舒服服地生活。”五年前在瑞士联邦理工学院获得博士学位、并在瑞士联邦环境科学技术研究室担任过研发科学家的刘俊国说。&　　相比之下，在中国大陆做研究生、博士生、博士后，乃至正式工作的讲师，待遇普遍不令人满意。据财新记者了解，中国科学院和清华、北大等少数高校的研究生待遇目前好于国内其他机构。其中，中国科学院的博士生每月可以拿到2000多元或3000多元补助。而国内更多的高校，硕士生每月仅有两三百元补助，博士生也只有每月1000多元。&　　上海大学教授戴世强在科学网博客上说，文革之前，他在中国科学院力学研究所做过四年的研究生，同龄研究人员的工资为56元，而他享受的国家助学金是每月42元。&　　上世纪60年代的42元人民币，足以让一位年轻研究生无忧无虑地地生活。不过，有学者指出，当时中国的研究生人数少得可怜，如今经过不断扩招，研究生总人数相当可观，很难再拿当年的标准来比较。&　　多位学者建议，改变研究生待遇偏低的局面，首先应从科研经费体制入手。很多中国学生，到美国等国家读研究生可以拿到全奖，而导师提供的奖学金往往来自于其研究经费。在这些国家，研究生奖学金、博士后工资等人力成本，常常占到研究经费的一多半比重。而在中国，人力成本比例一直过低，像国家自然科学基金项目的人员费用就控制在15%以下。&　　全国人大代表、南开大学校长龚克在刚刚结束的全国人大会议上，特地提出进一步提高在读研究生生活待遇的建议。他接受中国科学报采访时表示，研究生待遇应该主要由研究经费来支出。&　　中国科协2010年度开展的“我国博士学位获得者的职业取向调查”课题显示，仅有24.3%的博士生从事工作与其所学专业完全对口。全国人大代表、中科院院士彭先觉接受中国科学报采访时说，博士生毕业就中断课题研究，“是莫大的浪费，更是一种奢侈行为”。&　　博士毕业后在国内高校做讲师，通常薪水微薄，估计是上述“奢侈行为”产生的诸多原因之一。刘俊国告诉财新记者，很多国内高校的讲师，收入少得可怜，有些年轻学者每月扣除保险金和公积金之后，拿到手的工资不到3000元，却要在北京等生活成本高昂的城市中养家糊口。&　　“有很多青年科学家，为了生计不得不放弃自己的科研梦想。因此，我呼吁全社会关注青年科学家的成长，改善他们未来的生活待遇，让青年科学家在人生的黄金时期能够专心地研究，体面地生活。”刘俊国说。
