氟乙酸乙酯（英文名称Ethyl fluoroacetate，Fluoroacetic acidethyl ester）常温下为无色液体，有乙酸乙酯的气味。微溶于水，微溶于石油醚，能与乙醇等大多有机溶剂混溶。氟乙酸乙酯为高毒化学品，吸入、误服有害，其蒸气或液体对眼睛、皮肤、呼吸系统有刺激作用。其蒸气比空气重，能在较低处扩散到相当远的地方。高热分解，遇明火易燃、放出高毒含氟的烟气。其蒸气与空气可形成爆炸性混合物。用作医药中间体，主要用于5-氟脲嘧啶、氟胞嘧啶的合成原料。分子式为C4H7FO2，化学结构式为FCH2COOC2H5。[1-2]

氟乙酸乙醋是主要用作医药中间体及有机合成制剂，医药用于广谱抗肿瘤药5-氟脲嘧啶、氟胞嘧啶的合成中间体。
氟乙酸乙酯制造方法
首先在红磷、硫或碘催化下，乙酸与氯气反应得到氯乙酸，氯乙酸和乙醇经酯化反应，得氯乙酸乙酯。应用相转移催化剂，氯乙酸乙酯和氟化钾在乙酰胺（或二甲基甲酰胺）等溶剂里反应得到氟乙酸乙酯，收率达73.5%。

氟乙酸乙酯为高毒化学品，吸入、误服有害，其蒸气或液体对眼睛、皮肤、呼吸系统有刺激作用。其蒸气比空气重，能在较低处扩散到相当远的地方。高热分解，遇明火易燃、有害燃烧产物：一氧化碳、二氧化碳、氟化氢。对环境有危害，对水体可造成污染。其蒸气与空气可形成爆炸性混合物，遇明火、高热能引起燃烧爆炸。与氧化剂可发生反应。遇高热分解释出高毒烟气。应关注生产过程废弃物和副产品对环境的危害。

氟乙酸乙酯包装、贮存和运输
采用小开口钢桶；螺纹口玻璃瓶、铁盖压口玻璃瓶、塑料瓶、桶或金属桶（罐）盛装，外用满底板花格箱、纤维板箱胶合板箱。储存于阴凉、通风、干燥、防晒仓库内。远离火种、热源。仓温不宜超过30℃。应与碱类、酸类、还原剂、氧化剂等分开存放。不能与粮食、食物、种子、饲料、各种日用品混装、混运。专人保管。保持容器密封。储存间内的照明、通风等设施应采用防爆型，开关设在仓外。禁止使用易产生火花的机械设备和工具。操作现场不得吸烟、饮水、进食。运输前应先检查包装容器是否完整、密封，运输过程中要确保容器不泄漏、不倒塌、不坠落、运输时运输车辆应配备相应品种数量的消防器材及泄漏应急处理设备。运输途中应防曝晒、雨淋，防高温。运输时所用的槽（罐）车应有接地链，槽内可设孔隔板以减少震荡产生静电。中途停留时应远离火种、热源。公路运输时要按规路线行驶，勿在居民和人口稠密区。

中毒机理/氟乙酸甲酯
氟乙酸甲酯有毒是氟（F）取代了（CH3COOH）中的（CH3-）的一个氢（H），形成（FCH2COOH）。而氟乙酸甲酯（FCH2COOCH3）可以看成是氟乙酸（FCH2COOH）和甲醇（CH3OH），酯化而得。FCH2COO-基团中的F有很强的亲电性（跟电子结合的能力），因此它的反应性很强，而蛋白质中的氨基，有很多大的活性，易被氧化。所以，氟乙酸甲酯可以跟反应，而使蛋白质变性，所以，由氟乙酸甲酯制成的药，大多都是抗菌、抗肿瘤、抗癌的，也能制作农药。
