“妈妈，我蛋疼，管子也有点疼。”6岁男童小亮（化名）捂着肚子说。妈妈以为小亮又吃坏了东西，没太在意。岂料第二天妈妈再到小亮房间时发现儿子脸色苍白，直冒冷汗，抱到医院才发现，小亮是因为睾丸扭转才出现疼痛，隔了一夜睾丸已经坏死，不得不切除，将无法生育。（下意识的捂住了自己的蛋）小亮身体一直很健康，前晚父母带小亮吃了一顿洋快餐（洋快餐表示躺着也中枪），回来后，小亮就觉得肚子不舒服，还说自己【蛋疼】，但是父母以为孩子吃多了不顺气，没有重视。“要是早知道这个情况，我们根本不会耽误一分钟。”小亮的父母后悔不已。（不要紧，不要紧，你们可多了个“妹妹”）为什么仅仅一夜小男孩就严重到要切掉睾丸？省中医院儿科主任向希雄介绍，“睾丸扭转”（乾坤蛋挪移）这种病的确“害人”，一般都发生在新生儿期和青少年时期，不少10岁以上的孩子（纳尼！）也发病，很容易被误诊和忽视，因为发病时多半都是孩子的单侧阴囊疼痛，如果不用手触摸更不会发现孩子睾丸的病症情况，而且孩子往往难以准确描述症状。（我看之后觉得很那啥那啥????）“蛋疼”最佳的治疗时间为6小时，如果正确诊断和治疗及时，八成以上可以保住睾丸。一旦超过8小时，睾丸的存活几率不会超过两成，而一旦超过24小时则坏死，需要切掉。（看到之后???我的xx表示很那啥那啥????）据介绍，近年来蛋疼的患者多了起来，可能与诊断明确有关。医生呼吁家长要重视
