&&&&很多网友都遇到这样的问题“格兰仕微波炉不加热是什么原因？”，所以国美小编总结了格兰仕微波炉不加热的相关信息，现在分享给大家。&　　微波炉:&　　微波炉按功能分为微波加热型和微波烧烤型;按控制类型分为机械型和微电脑型。微波炉微波系统简单工作原理如下：控制电路根据用户设置的火力，将AC220V电压加到高压变压器的初级，其次级输出3V～4V和1800V～2230V两组交流电压。3V--4V交流电压直接给磁控管灯丝供电;1800V～2230V交流电压经高压电容、高压二极管倍压整流滤波后，变为3600V---4500V负直流电压，加到磁控管阴极。当磁控管具备灯丝电压，且阳极(接地)与阴极之间的电压差大于3500V时，就产生2450MHz超高频电磁波，即微波，快速震动食品内的蛋白质、脂类、糖类及水等物质的分子，使之相互碰撞、挤压、摩擦，重新排列组合。简而言之，微波炉即是靠食品内磁控管发射微波的强度(即功率)与阴阳极电压差及发射时间成正比。实际上，工厂是通过高压变压器的高压输出值来设计微波的额定输出功率的。而用户设置火力，就是改变控制电路给高压变压器提供AC220V电源的时间，从而控制了烹调时微波炉的实际输出功率。如在最高火力时，控制电路始终给高压变压器初级供电，磁控管连续发射微波，此时输出功率最大;而在非最高火力时，控制电路则以30s为一个周期，间歇性给高压变压器初级供电，使磁控管间歇性发射微波，微波炉平均输出功率将低于最大功率。&&　　一、微波炉易损器件检测&　　1.高压二极管&　　正常时，用万用表Rx10k挡测量，正向导通(有一定电阻)，反向截止(电阻无穷大);用其他电阻挡测量正反向电阻均不通。高压二极管损坏多为击穿，即正反向都通。高压二极管损坏引起的故障现象有：烧高压保险，或微波炉运转不加热，微波运转不加热且噪音增大。&　　2.磁控管&　　正常时，测两接线柱之间为零点几欧姆，两接线柱对外壳之间不通(阻值无穷大)。磁控管损坏，有的表现为灯丝两接线柱之间开路，有的表现为两接线柱对外壳导电形成通路，有的则无法直接测量出来。磁控管损坏引的现象有：微波炉运转声音小、不加热，或烧电源保险、高压保险、高压二极管等。&　　3.高压变压器&　　正常时，测量两输入端之间电阻小于31-/，灯丝绕组阻值也很小近于OQ，高压绕组阻值较大在。高压变压器损坏多以高压绕组匝间短路居多。损坏后引起的现象有：运转电流增大有异味，或运行不加热、冒烟。&　　4.高压电容&　　其容量在1卜F左右，内并联有一只9MQ电阻。正常时，将指针万用表置于Rx&10k挡，两表笔分别接高压电容两极，测量之初有一定阻值但不高，然后逐渐上升到9MQ左右;两极片对外壳电阻应为无穷大。实际维修中高压电容故障相对低，常见损坏形式是极片或绝缘木打火，个别为失效或击穿。高压电容损坏引起的现象有烧电源保险管或高压保险管、微波炉能运转但不加热等e&　　5.机械定时器/火力选择器&　　正常时，测量电机两端有阻值，顺时针拧一下时间旋钮，定时开关触点导通。火力触点在电机旋转时，时通时断。定时开关触点损坏，引起整机不工作;火力开关触点损坏引起微波炉运转不加热;电机损坏引起微波炉运转加热不停，或者运行不加热、不停机。&　　6.门开关&　　门开关内含有几个轻触开关。在正常情况下，闭合开关时有微小的触点转换声音。&损坏后的故障表现为：整机不工作，运转不加热，开门时烧电源保险管等。&　　7.双向二极管&　　将指针万用表置于Rxlok挡，两表笔分别接双向二极管两极，正反向电阻均应为无穷大。双向二极管击穿、漏电，一般会引起微波炉不加热或将电源保险烧断。检查时如&果没有该管，也可去除不用，去除后对电路的工作没有影响，但该机会失去高压过压保护功能。&　　8.热继电器　&&　又称热切断器、限温开关、热敏开关等，属于自动复位热敏保护元件。将万用表置于RxlO挡，两表笔分别接热切断器两接线端，常温下阻值应为Oil，高温且达到其标注值时阻值应为无穷大，当温度下降一定值时又自动变为011。热继电器损坏后，应换用同规格参数的继电器，如换用标注温度过低者会引起误保护;换用标注温度过高者则达不到保护目的。&&&&　二、常见故障检修&　　1.上电无反应，保险管熔断&检查门开关、微波高压系统(高压变压器、高压二极管、磁控管、高压电容)、风扇电机、转盘电机。在排除故障后，可换上保险管&试机。&　　提示：检查高压变压器主要是观察初级绕组、高压绕组有没有烧焦的痕迹，有没有绝缘漆的焦糊味道。&　　2.上电无反应，保险管未损坏&　　机械控铺式微波炉二可检查机械定时器、磁控管限温器。电脑控制微波炉：观察电脑板的保险管，检查电脑板上电源变压器、磁控管限温保护器。在排除故障后，可换上保险试机o&　　3.屡烧电源保险管&先检查门开关、高压变压器，然后再检&查微波系统中其他器件，如高压二极管、高&压电容、双向二极管、磁控管等。&　　4.能运转，但微波不加热&先测量高压变器初级有无供电，然后根&据测量结果确定检修范围。若测得高压变压&器初级无AC220V供电，机械控制微波炉，应&检查定时器、门开关;电脑控制微波炉，应检&查门开关、电脑板火力继电器及驱动三极管。若测得高压变器初级有AC220V电源，&则检查高压变压器、高压保险、高压二极管、保护二极管o&　　5.微波不加热，噪声增大或震动大.&重点检查微波系统，如高压二极管、高&压变压器、高压电容、双向二极管、磁控管。&　　6.微波加热慢，火力较以前明显减小此故障通常是磁控管老化，少数是功率&控制选择开关或功率继电器触点不良。&　　7.烧烤不加热&检查烧烤器有无AC220V供电。如果供&龟正常，更换烧烤管;如果没有供电电压，检查烧烤控制电路，如烧烤限温保护器、烧烤&t开关(有的机械控制式微波炉设置在火力控&，麓器内)，对于电脑控制式微波炉.还要检查烤继电器及驱动三极管等元件。&　　8、开机后内胆打火&F&在确认用户没有使用金属器皿的情况下，检查云母片是否烧焦，内胆是否太潮湿。&　　9.启动或停止键失灵&&　　一般见于电脑控制式微波炉，检查薄膜开关o&　　10.电脑式微波炉上电有显示，但不启动&检查门开关和面板上开关。&　　提示：个别机型有特殊操作方法，如：惠尔浦微波炉上电第一次启动，必须先开/关&门一次，其目的是防止用户未放入食物就启动机器引起干烧;夏普微波炉上电必须先按一下“取消键&，其他键才起作用。&　　11.有时不启动，有时自动切换功能，蜂鸣器误响&　　测量CPU的+5V、复位、时钟振荡脚电&压，更换晶体o&　　12.托盘不运转&　　在确认转轴与轨道正常的情况下，检查&托盘同步电机及电机供电电压。&　　13.风扇电机不运转&　　检查风扇电机及供电。&　　14.打开炉门后，炉托盘电机仍转&　　电脑控制式微波炉，检查电脑板上的主继电器及控制三极管;机械控制微波炉，检查炉门开关。&　　15.机械微波炉加热不停机&检查定时器电机是否损坏，定时钮转轴是否与面板卡住，定时器电机供电是否正常。&　　提示：1.定时器电机有AC220V、AC50V、&A(盈)v之分。&　　2.由风扇电机抽头对定时器电机&供电的机型。若风扇电机损坏，也会引起定时&器电机停转机。&　　三、维修注意事项&　　因过量微波对人体有害，所以微波炉使&用手册一般标有“不要暴露在微波发生器或&其他传导微波能部件所发射的辐射中”。这&就要求维修中做到下列三点：1.打开微波炉外壳上电试机或维修前，应拔掉高压变压器初级一个插头;2.检查非炉门故障和检修非炉门开关部位时，不要拧动、拆卸炉门开关固定螺丝;3.修自动启动故障机时，不要在炉门打开情况下试机。&　　微波系统的任一器件均工作在高压或&大电流状态。拆装时可能触及到250V以上&电压的部件有：磁控管、高压变压器、高压二&极管、高压二极管、高压保险丝。因此，在微波炉运行状态时，维修或接近这些电路均是相当危险的，并禁止测试高压电路中的电压，包括磁控管的灯丝电压。&　　微波炉停止工作后，高压电容内的充电&会持续30s或更长一段时间，因此更换或测试&高压微波系统器件时，应先对高压电容放电。磁控管、炉门安装不当会导致微波泄漏、超标。&　　不加热的一般故障排查：&　　一般分为低压故障和高压故障导致不加热。&　　1、低压故障一般是由于低压供电线路有问题，形成220V交流电压没有送往高压变压器或变频板，然后高压局部不工作惹起不加热。低压局部大多由于定时器损坏(机械式微波炉)或电脑板继电器损坏(电脑型微波炉)所致，还有少量微波炉因微动开关所致。&　　2、高压故障一般是由三大元器件引起的，高压二极管、磁控管、高压变压器。因品牌和运用时间长短的不同，三大元器件的损坏几率也存在差别，格兰仕微波炉不加热多数由于高压二极管短路所致按时间揣测，8年之内的微波炉不加热二极管短路惹起的比例多，8年之外的微波炉不加热磁控管造成不加热的多数。而还有很少的一部分是因为高压变压器损坏导致微波炉不加热，此类缘由较少。&（答案编辑：冰冰）
