Q3.如何注销账号？
1.电脑网页端打开网易云音乐的官网（）
2.登录需要注销的账号-页面右上角头像处进入个人设置-绑定设置-删除帐号
请注意：帐号一旦被删除是无法恢复的，请慎重操作
Q4.等级听歌量是如何进行统计的？
在线听歌的计数规则为：
1.不同歌曲or同一首歌的不同版本均算一首；
2.同一首歌听N次仍然计数为1首；
3.单首歌曲必须听满大于60秒算一首。
注：不满60秒不计入听歌量；电台歌曲不计入听歌量；每天听歌上限为300首。
Q5.如何使用桌面歌词和铃声设置功能？
由于苹果系统的限制，不支持桌面歌词和铃声设置功能，因此无法使用的，如果后续开放限制我们会第一时间跟进的。
Q6.定位出错听不了歌怎么办？
1.是否使用了VPN呢？如果有，关闭后开启定位重试一下；如果没有，重新开启定位后试一下。
2.将手机设置里的AppleId注销后重新登录试试
注：定位在设置-隐私-定位服务中进行操作
Q7.如何一键定位当前播放歌曲？
点击播放列表中叉叉旁边的‘回形针’按钮，即可定位到当前播放的歌曲
