BHOPAL/NEW DELHI: Bhopal’s Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) registrar K V Satya Murthy has called for exporting canines to countries like China, where dog meat is consumed, and suggested dog farms for this purpose to counter the menace of stray dogs.

Murthy recently wrote to Kerala chief minister Oommen Chandy in this regard after his government announced large-scale culling of stray dogs in the state to deal with the “threat” to public life.
为此，穆尔蒂最近给喀拉拉邦首席部长昌迪写信，此前他的政府宣布要在喀拉拉邦大规模收集流浪狗，以应对流浪狗给公众生活带来的“威胁”。
“We have the system of managing poultry farms, dairy farms, sheep, goat and other domesticated animal farms and dairies for taking care of the milk and meat requirements including their export. We can follow the same regarding dogs also,” Murthy told TOI.
“我们建立了家禽农场、乳牛场以及羊等饲养动物的农场，用于满足人们对牛肉和肉类的需求，包括用于出口。我们可以对狗比照办理。”穆尔蒂对印度时报记者说。
The official said there is great demand for dog meat in countries like Indonesia, Korea, Mexico, Philippines, Polynesia, Taiwan, Vietnam, the Arctic and Antarctic besides two cantons in Switzerland.

“As bacon, beef, lamb, mutton, chicken are exported to other countries, we can also think of exporting dogs directly to such countries under bilateral tie-up without killing the dogs,” he said, adding that the export would help in handling the menace of stray dogs without facing the wrath of animal lovers for killing them. “(It would) also safeguard interests of the public being bitten by stray dogs,” he said.

Its so sad that this is the way there mind works, for god sake dogs are living things, how can you even think of killing them, to go a step forward, they were made by your god, how can you kill a creature made by your god.
