建议：你好，原发性生殖器疱疹感染潜伏期约为3～5天，患部先有烧灼感，出现红斑，很快在红斑的表面发生3～10个成簇分布的小水疱，数日后成为小脓疱，破溃后形成糜烂面和浅溃疡，局部红肿，有烧灼样疼痛。女性病人多发生于阴唇、肛门周围、阴道，但约90%的病人可同时侵犯子宫颈引起子颈炎或子宫炎；男性病人多发生于龟头、冠状沟、尿道口或阴茎体，有时可并发尿道炎。大多数患者有双侧腹股沟淋巴结肿大。 生殖器疱疹多发生在皮肤和粘膜的交界处，先是局部皮肤轻度发红，继而发出成群的像针尖大小的小水疱，有轻度发痒和烧灼的感觉，几天后就变干而结成棕色的痂，痂脱落后有轻微的色素沉着，但也很快就消失，全部病程平均一星期，但常见复发。

建议：生殖器疱疹患者的传染途径：一是性交口交传染，这是直接传染（疱症的疱液病毒传染）；二是用品传染（毛巾、澡巾、衣物等上面残留的疱液病毒传染），这是间接传染；三是人体内的病毒感染，一旦免疫力下降，就会产生疱疹症状。生殖器疱疹患者，在没有治疗痊愈的情况下，是不可以怀孕的，最好是完全治愈6个月以后再怀孕。生殖器疱疹的发病，一方面是感染了单纯疱疹二型病毒，另一方面是机体或局部免疫力下降。因为疱疹病毒潜伏在人体皮肤神经里，是不容易去除的，这也是生殖器疱疹易复发的一个主要原因。因此，生殖器疱疹的治疗要从两个方面入手，进行抗病毒，提高免疫力。进行辨证施治，综合治理。
