要跪了, x1 carbon 2015 死活无法检测到SM951

基本情况：X1 carbon 3rd (2015)
BIOS: 1.11 (目前为止的最新版）
SM951 是 AHCI版的
BIOS 等地方都无法看到SM951的倩影。。。换下来的旧硬盘是PM851
详细情况：
已经正确地在M.2接口插入SM951, 开机之后，持续提示错误“2103：Detection error on SSD0 (M.2)&

进入BIOS 后 设置UEFI only + 开启CSM/不开启CSM 之后分别尝试直接 U盘安装官方纯净版 和 使用uefi版的U盘PE系统安装win10/win8.1/win7，
都出现以下无法检测到SM951的提示：

也试过在BIOS设置BOTH & Legacy First
问过卖家，卖家发货之前验过，确定硬盘没有坏，但是也不知道发生了什么事，我也实在想不到什么其他办法了。。。郁闷至极了,难不成真的DOA了？

是检测SM951有没有坏吗？ 不装底壳的话，就算插上了电源适配器，狂按电源键也没有任何反应，无法开机。。。问题是到处都检测不到SM951，就好像没不存在一样。。。

或者复位一下看看：
笔记本完全断电关机，拔出电源适配器、外置电池及外接的所有设备，使用针状物体按压位于机身背面的小圆孔15~20秒之间，之后再连接外置电池、电源适配器开机。

你先用PE看看能不能检测到SSD，如果能检测到。那好，在BIOS-CONFIG-USB-USBMODE里改成disabled，然后再装WIN7。对了，一定要2.0的USB设备。大概原理就是关闭3.0模式，使用2.0模式引导和安装。

对了，BIOS改完了F10保存退出。一定要用2.0的U盘和关闭2.0模式。还有startup里，改成Legacy引导。

还是不行。。。BIOS里Startup → boot当中能否看到这个固态？
如果还不行的话，可能还是兼容问题了~~~&&= =

进了PE系统后，磁盘管理和DiskGenius都找不到SM951。 按你的方法改了也不行。。。现在基本情况是系统安装是能进入的，但就是检测不到硬盘的存在。

我真想看到它啊， 兼容问题的意思是X1 CARBON 2015不能装SM951？ 可是网上满大街都是成功装了SM951之后的跑分炫耀帖，而且他们似乎没有遇到这种问题，顺顺利利地就装好了。。。我也是看了那些帖子一心动才买的。

没错，如果PE也检测不了的话。那就是硬件都没识别到。还有一个确认的方法，是重启之后按F1进入Bios，找到startup，里边有个BOOT选项，打开看看，里边ATA HDD0或者ATA HDD1后边是否有接三星PM951这块固态硬盘的硬盘号呢、楼主如果无法确定，就麻烦拍个照，我帮你看看。

看下型号吧，是不是给发成了nvme版的
装之前有没有完全关闭内部电源
还有可以试试复位bios或者自动加载配置

关键是在bios里能不能看到固态，估计是看不到。
楼主你关闭uefi试试，有可能是这块固态跟uefi兼容做的不太好吧？我猜的……
反正我买的那块国产SSD，网页中的说明是要禁用UEFI的

X1 Carbon 2015-05出厂，硬盘在保修等货，买了一个SM951 NVME 256G先用着 2015-08生产，可是也是死活检测不到！
错误一模一样！
这根NGFF还是特地挑选联想OEM的买的MZVPV256HDGL-000L7。
