M12六角螺栓的加工与质量检测
本论文首先对紧固件的概念和我国紧固行业的现状做了简单的介绍，并提出了对应的解决方法。然后通过分析六角螺栓的加工工艺，选择了一系列最适合加工六角螺栓的机床、刀具、加工方法、程序等来为加工螺栓做好准备，在加工完成后，利用各种常用的量具对螺栓零件进行外观、尺寸全方位的检测。在本文中针对于螺纹的编程，研究编制出适用于一种类别的零件的外圆柱螺纹的通用程序。

In this paper according to the thread programming, research for one class of parts of the outer cylindrical threaded program.
