　　2012年节假日放假安排时间表（或称2012年法定节假日安排时间表）按照中国法定程序基本敲定，2012年节假日放假安排时间表是根据国务院《关于修改&全国年节及纪念日放假办法&的决定》，参考以往国务院办公厅下达的关于往年部分节假日安排的通知，并并结合中国当前发展工作实际做出的。2012年节假日放假安排最终敲定方案将报请国务院批准方可生效，节假日放假安排最终于2011年12月份予以公布，并以通知的方式下达到&各省、自治区、直辖市人民政府，国务院各部委、各直属机构&。2012年元旦、春节、清明节、劳动节、端午节、中秋节和国庆节放假调休日期的具体安排通知如下。

　　一、元旦：日至日，放假3天。其中日（星期六）公休，日（星期日）为国家法定节假日，日（星期日）公休调至1月2日（星期一），即日（星期六）、日（星期日）、日（星期一），3日（星期二）上班。
　　A, New Year's day: on December 31, 2011 to January 2, 2012, will be closed for three days. 　　二、春节：1月22日至28日，放假7日。即1月22日（星期日，农历除夕）、1月23日（星期一，农历正月初一）、1月24日（星期二，农历正月初二）为法定节假日，1月21日（星期六）、1月22日（星期日）公休调至1月25日（星期三）、1月26日（星期四），1月29日（星期日）公休调至1月27日（星期五）、28日（星期六）公休，1月21日、1月29日（星期日）照常上班。

January 22,, (Sunday, Chinese New Year's eve), January 23, (Monday, the first day of the lunar year), January 24, (Tuesday, 2) for th of the statutory holidays, January 21, (Saturday), jan. 22 (Sunday) general holidays moves to a January 25 (Wednesday), jan. 26 (Thursday), jan. 29 (Sunday) general holidays moves to a January 27, (Friday), 28 (Saturday), general holidays, January 21, 29 January (Sunday) to work as usual.
　　三、清明节：4月2日至4日放假调休，共3天。其中3月30日（星期六）、3月31日（星期日）公休调至4月2日（星期一）、4月3日（星期二），4月4日（星期三，农历清明当日）为国家法定节假日，3月30日（星期六）、3月31日（星期日）照常上班，4月5日（星期四）上班。
　　Three, ching Ming festival: April 2 to 4 days of paid leave off, three days. 　　Six, Mid-Autumn festival and National Day: September 30, to October 7, 8 days off. One September 30 (Sunday) statutory holidays, for the Mid-Autumn festival on October 1, (Monday), October 2 (Tuesday), October 3, (Wednesday) as the National Day legal holiday, October 4, (Thursday), on October 5, (Friday) for paid leave, 6 October (Saturday), October 7 (Sunday) general holidays, September 29,, and September 30 (Sunday) two days to the October 4, on October 5,, September 29, (Saturday), October 8, (Monday) to work.
