女，38岁，大量阴道流血3天，&B超示子宫大小：4*5*3.8CM，子宫内膜居中，厚约0.5CM，子宫肌层回声不均，后壁下段见约3.2*2.8CM低回声，边界清，内见血流信号，该低回声影未造成子宫内膜影像改变。患者于行取环（T型尾丝环）取环后有少量阴道流血，LMP经量多，行经5天，下午无明显诱因出现大量阴道流血，无腹疼，口服药物治疗（具体不详）效果不佳，出现头晕，乏力，心慌，胸闷，少尿等症状。查体：BP90/60mmHg，体温不升，妇科检查：外阴已婚经产式，阴道畅，后穹窿有暗红色积血块，清理后见阴道壁完整，光滑，无出血点，宫颈表面光滑，不肥大，观察1分钟未见血液自宫颈口流出，三合诊：子宫后位，大小正常，质韧，活动好，与后壁下段及1约蛋黄大小包块，与子宫关系密切，质中等硬，压痛，直肠粘膜光滑，双附件区未及异常。辅助检查：β-hcG不高，凝血无异常，提问者：
