众所周知，我国为了让老年人享受到更好的生活，因此很多地方都出台了政策，只要达到了一定的高龄，就可以领取到相应的高龄补贴，但是这时也要注意，要想领取到高龄补贴，是有前提的，换言之只有满足了相应的条件，才可以领取到高龄补贴，那么大家知道高龄补贴条件是什么呢?一、高龄补贴条件是什么数省份对100岁以上的老人都给予100元每月以上的高龄津贴，除天津市外，宁夏规定，90周岁以上城乡高龄津贴标准每人每月450元;其次是河北、山西、内蒙古、吉林、上海、山东、海南、陕西，均规定给予100岁以上老人每月300元的津贴或营养费。发放高龄津贴门槛最低的省份为青海和陕西，两地均规定，70岁以上的老人均可享受高龄津贴。青海规定，凡具有青海省户籍，年满70周岁及以上的老年人均可领取高龄津贴，具体标准为70-79周岁，90元/月;陕西则规定对70-79周岁高龄老人，每人每月发放50元生活保健补贴。值得一提的是，随着老年人的年龄增大，那发到他手上的补贴金额就越多。因此，高龄补贴的条件就是年龄限制，只要达到了相应的年龄，就可以领取到高龄补贴。二、高龄补贴的办理流程怎么走1、本人申请。符合条件的老年人由本人或委托他人向户籍所在地的村、社区提出申请，填写《县高龄津贴申请审批表》一式三份，同时提供申请人本人身份证和户口簿原件(复印件各三份)，本人近期一寸免冠照片3张。2、村(社区)审查。村、社区负责对申请材料进行调查核实，经公示无异议后填写县高龄津贴发放汇总表上报各镇(乡)。3、镇(乡)审核。镇(乡)负责对村、社区上报的申请材料进行审核和信息录入，建立老年人高龄津贴信息数据库，经公示无异议后上报县老龄办。4、县老龄办审批。对符合条件的对象以书面形式进行确认;对不符合条件的，将有关材料退回镇(乡)，由镇(乡)告知申请人并说明原因。5、镇(乡)发放。县老龄办根据审批情况将津贴划拨到各镇(乡)，各镇(乡)实行打卡发放。由上可知，高龄补贴条件就是必须要达到相应的年龄，至于年龄是多少，不同的地方规定不一样，有的地方要求老人达到100周岁，有的地方要求老人达到90周岁，但是还有地方只要达到70周岁即可，因此不能一概而论，要具体情况具体分析才行。还有，满足了领取高龄补贴的条件，还要申请才行的。有法律问题？无锡律师为您在线解答投诉/举报
