  1 Healthy Living Habits  Good living habits are important to our lives, which ensure us a healthy body and a good mood. Having a good rest is the basic, so that we can have enough energy in the whole day. Otherwise, we can do nothing if we were sleepy.  Therefore, remember to sleep and get up early. Besides, eating healthily also plays an important role. There is an old saying goes, “A close mouth catches no flies.” That is telling us pay attention to our eating. Finally, doing exercises is essential. It brings us health as well as relaxation and pleasure. Many stress and negative emotions can be drained away by doing exercises. And then you should have a good rest.‘‘  After that I came home from hospital. The following day I decided to do some things every day. For example:  1. I want to do sports every day.  2. I can‘t eat junk food or drink coffee. And I will eat lots of vegetables and fruits every day.  3. Go to bed on time and sleep 10 hours every night.  I thought these healthy habits could help me get good grades and study better. All of us want to be healthy. First we should get enough sleep during the night. We can go to bed early and get up early. Staying up late is bad for our health. Second we must have the right kinds of food. We should eat more fruit and vegetables and less meat. We should drink a lot of water. We should have healthy eating habits. Third we should do more exercise to build up our bodies. Finally we should wash hands before meals and brush our teeth twice a day. If we don’t feel well we should go to see the doctor at once.  我认为健康的生活习惯对我们来说是非常重要的。  我们都想要健康。首先我们应该得到足够的睡眠在晚上。我们可以去早睡和早起。熬夜对我们的健康是不好的。第二我们必须有正确的种类的食物。我们应该多吃水果和蔬菜少吃肉。我们应该喝大量的水。我们应该有健康的饮食习惯。第三我们应该多做运动来建立我们的身体。最后我们应该饭前洗手和刷牙一天两次。如果我们感觉不舒服应该马上去看医生。  4Healthy eating habits  As we know food gives us energy. We must have enough food to keep us healthy.  If we choose right food we can have healthy eating habits. We should eat more fruit and vegetables instead of biscuits hamburgersBeijing roast duck and so on We should eat fewer snacks and candies.  Different foods help us in different ways.We should have different kinds of foods such as fruit vegetables grains eggs milk meat fish and so on We should do exercise more often so we can become healthier.  众所周知食物给我们能量。我们必须有足够的食物来保持我们的健康。  如果我们选择合适的食物我们可以有健康的饮食习惯。我们应该多吃水果和蔬菜而不是饼干、汉堡包北京烤鸭等等我们应该少吃零食和糖果。  不同的食物用不同的方式帮助我们。我们应该有不同种类的食物如水果蔬菜谷物鸡蛋牛奶肉鱼等等我们应该经常做运动所以我们可以变得更健康。  5Healthy eating habits  Healthy eating habits are very important for our health.  We should build healthy eating habits. We should eat fresh vegetables and fruits everyday.They supply rich and the necessary vitamins for us. We also should eat less meat everday.And we had better drink a glass of milk in the morning or at night. Besides we should focus on abalanced diet which assures us the necessary nutritions. Junk food is a fatal killer for our health so that we should stay far from them. It is said that most of students do not eat anything at all in the morning. It is very bad for our health.   I have some habbits, some are good, but some are bad.
  I like reading very much. From reading science books, I get a lot of knowledge. From reading novels, I lose myself in the stories. I like doing sports, too. It helps me keep healthy. Also I never put today's work till tomorrow. They are all my good habbits. They help me a lot in my daily life.
  However, I also have some bad habbits. For example, sometimes I do my homework slowly, and stay up till very late. During meals I prefer meat to vegetables. And sometimes I play computer games too long without having a reat. They are all harmful to my health.
  I'll try to keep my good habbits, and give up the bad ones. Then I'll live better.

  Apart from it,we know some bad habbits like to bully people,bad personal hygiene(卫生) ,people don't keep his word,and so on ,if you one of them,just go to great lengths to give it up!
  The way to recognize what 's your bad habbits,just open your heart ,accept criticize.The sooner you try,the less bad habbits your have.
