近期在对片区内小区切换对失败TOP小区处理过程中发现很多切换失败问题都是与越区覆盖有直接关系，本文介绍其中两例分析和处理过程。
Case1：LF_Z_上虞金村局_1与LF_Z_上虞东关高旺_1切换失败处理
在处理TOPN切换小区时，我们发现LF_Z_上虞金村局_1与LF_Z_上虞东关高旺_1切换失败次数较多，同频切换成功率很低。screen.width*0.7) {this.resized= this.width=screen.width*0.7; this.alt='Click here to open new window\nCTRL+Mouse wheel to zoom in/out';}" onmouseover="if(this.width>screen.width*0.7) {this.resized= this.width=screen.width*0.7; this.style.cursor='hand'; this.alt='Click here to open new window\nCTRL+Mouse wheel to zoom in/out';}" onclick="if(!this.resized) {} else {window.open(this.src);}" onmousewheel="return imgzoom(this);" alt="" />
从两个小区的位置来看，切换目标LF_Z_上虞东关高旺_1与源小区LF_Z_上虞金村局_1覆盖方向大体一致，前者在后者背向，因此一般情况下LF_Z_上虞金村局_1要与LF_Z_上虞东关高旺_1发生切换多是由于LF_Z_上虞东关高旺_1越区覆盖，我们查询该扇区TA看出LF_Z_上虞东关高旺_1在2km之外基本无接入，而我们再来看两个基站的站间距确是2.2KM，因此我们怀疑切换过程中上报的MR实际可能并非LF_Z_上虞东关高旺_1，而是与之同PCI的其它扇区。screen.width*0.7) {this.resized= this.width=screen.width*0.7; this.alt='Click here to open new window\nCTRL+Mouse wheel to zoom in/out';}" onmouseover="if(this.width>screen.width*0.7) {this.resized= this.width=screen.width*0.7; this.style.cursor='hand'; this.alt='Click here to open new window\nCTRL+Mouse wheel to zoom in/out';}" onclick="if(!this.resized) {} else {window.open(this.src);}" onmousewheel="return imgzoom(this);" alt="" />screen.width*0.7) {this.resized= this.width=screen.width*0.7; this.alt='Click here to open new window\nCTRL+Mouse wheel to zoom in/out';}" onmouseover="if(this.width>screen.width*0.7) {this.resized= this.width=screen.width*0.7; this.style.cursor='hand'; this.alt='Click here to open new window\nCTRL+Mouse wheel to zoom in/out';}" onclick="if(!this.resized) {} else {window.open(this.src);}" onmousewheel="return imgzoom(this);" alt="" />
我们再来看LF_Z_上虞金村局_1扇区的TA，在【60，81】区间的接入次数占比仍然很大，0至6km区间几乎连续覆盖，存在严重的越区现象。

在LF_Z_上虞金村局_1扇区覆盖范围（越区范围）内发现确实存在一个与LF_Z_上虞东关高旺_1同PCI的扇区LF_Z_上虞百官锦华苑_1，与之前推断吻合，综合以上分析两个小区切换失败的主要原因为LF_Z_上虞金村局_1越区覆盖所致，需要对该扇区的覆盖进行控制处理。

5月5日对LF_Z_上虞金村局基站天馈进行了调整。

Case2：LF_Z_上虞茅家与LF_Z_上虞百官亚厦产业园切换失败处理

调整后LF_Z_上虞茅家_1扇区覆盖有一定收缩，但仍存在越区现象，切换失败次数明显降低。
通过以上两起问题处理，可以发现存在几个共同点，1、源小区越区覆盖，也是导致切换问题的主要原因；2、小区对切换成功率很低；3、源小区与目标小区一般不是对打，实际切换次数很少。因此对存在以上几个特征的切换问题首先可以对源小区的覆盖范围进行排查，确认是否存在越区现象，再采取相应的处理措施。
