&p&我又来回答这种问题，因为我英语真就是完全自学的，本科学的汉语言文学，考自学毕业后做了英语翻译，再后来出国读口译，这一路真就是自学过来的，所以现在希望跟大家分享一些自学方法。语言没有学不好和学不会的，只有懒得学的。&/p&&p&虽然我后来出国了，但是口语却是出国之前练的。我一直练的都是美音，最后去的是英国，所以我的发音完全是自己练的，和出国不出国完全没有关系。口语的一些地道用法之类的，也完全可以靠看美剧和脱口秀来积累。很多人听到有些海龟一口流利的口语，就觉得是因为出国了所以口语好，其实这只是给自己的不努力找借口。但凡口语好的，没有没下过苦功的，只是人家关上门来的努力你看不到。就我出国这不长的时间里，也见过各种学霸学渣，有些人在国外从本科读到博士，口语还是一塌糊涂，不仅这样，还不自信，买东西要跟人交流的时候就往后退。所以口语这回事儿，真的和出国不出国没多大关系。&/p&&p&讲练习方法之前，我想讲两点练习前的准备：&/p&&p&&b&I &/b&&b&明确学习目标&/b&&/p&&p&这点非常重要，很多人，真的是不下一百人私信我，上来就问我，我英语不好，想提高英语，怎么办？这个…….不是我不愿意回答，真的是无法回答啊……因为我也不知道怎么办。英语也分很多方面，写作、口语、听力……英语好也分很多种，考试分高，说的好，或者写的好，你问的这么笼统，我真的无从下手。&/p&&p&有人想又写的好的跟作家一样，又想说的好的跟ABC BBC一样，这个讲真，可以做到，但是很难，而且不是一年两年就能办的到的。&/p&&p&我毕业之后做了四年的翻译之后才出国的，做翻译这几年，见过很多十几年笔译经验的前辈，还有很多同传大牛，有个特点就是，我没见过哪个笔译大牛还能做同传的，没见过哪个同传笔译水平很精湛的。当然，有很多口译同时也兼做笔译的，但是笔译水平不见得多高。我倒是见到很多笔译大牛，十几年经验，在自己专攻的领域已经出神入化了，但是开口说的时候发音很不标准，你不能说人家英语不好，人英语好着呢，只是发音差点。讲这些就是要告诉大家，&b&人的精力和时间是有限的，你不能指望样样都精通，要选择一个方向做到极致。&/b&当你这个方向精通之后，其他方面虽然不一定很好，但也不差了。譬如我说的笔译大牛，虽然人发音不好，但你让他交流肯定没问题。再看那些同传大神，笔译不一定多精通，但是翻得一定不差。&/p&&p&&b&学英语的目标大致有：&/b&1. 为了交流，能讲一口地道的英语，流利地和外国人畅谈。 2 为了考试，四六级、口译笔译等。 3 为了装逼 &/p&&p&如果是为了考试，那就拿考试练习题来练，鉴于这个问题讲的是“一口流利的英语”，所以我今天主要讲一下口语的练习方法。&/p&&p&&b&II &/b&&b&自信&/b&&/p&&p&我开了口语班之后，很多人找我报名第一句话就是，“我英语不好”，就是因为这个心理，很多人一遇到歪果仁就紧张，本来会说的也不会说了。所以学英语一定要自信，你觉得自己不好？日本、韩国，甚至离英国很近的欧洲大陆的很多国家，譬如法国、意大利，英语比你差的多的去了，中国人英语算好的了。不管你觉得自己多差，都要自信，大胆开口说，有机会就说。我群里每周有英语group chat，目的是为了让大家开口讲英语，但是参与的就那么几个，即使是不会被人看到的地方也不愿意出来练习，那你的口语要怎么提升呢？&/p&&p&&b&III&/b&&b&．练习方法&/b&&/p&&p&现在进入正题了，之前也写过很多练习帖子，可能内容太多，大家看完不知道从何下手。其实大家可以把每个材料都拿出来，花个两周时间都练一遍，都熟悉过一遍之后自然就知道哪些材料适合自己了。&/p&&p&今天我换个方法，跟大家讲一下练习口语的学习安排，我以周为单位，以下是要想练好口语每周要做的事，以及练习的频率，当然，这些只是我个人的学习习惯，大家上手了之后根据自己的时间安排自己的学习。&/p&&p&&b&一．&/b&&b&听力
&/b&&b&（每天练习，推荐早上练习+&/b&&b&碎片时间）&/b&&/p&&p&&b&练口语关听力什么事？&/b&其实还真关听力的事。&b&说和听&/b&密不可分，很多人发音不标准，不是口条的问题，是&b&耳朵&/b&的问题。因为耳朵不那么灵光，所以听不出标准发音和自己的发音有啥区别。所以练口语的时候，听力不能丢。&/p&&p&&b&1.
&/b&&b&VOA/BBC&/b&&/p&&p&&b&建议练习时间：早上&/b&&/p&&p&&b&建议练习频率：每天&/b&&/p&&p&&b&建议练习方法：精听&/b&&/p&&p&刚开始的时候可以从VOA Special入手，慢慢熟练之后可以换成VOA常速或者BBC，建议大家不要盯着一个材料练多换几个不同口音的材料，因为现实生活中有很多不同地方的口音，你需要练习的时候就熟悉一下。&/p&&p&建议早上练习是因为，这真的是一件很枯燥很难有成就感的事情，早上不练，一天就很难提得起精神练了。&/p&&p&&b&材料来源：&/b&&/p&&p&&b&（1&/b&&b&）&/b&大家可以翻墙上Youtube，搜索关键字“VOA

推荐新概念和VOA慢速的原因是，它们的语速很慢，便于模仿，而且都是很标准的美语，不带地方口音的哦。&/p&&p&我的建议是，每天练习一篇新概念，一句一句跟读。水平上去一点之后，可以进阶到美剧，可以从Friends，Morden
