配装眼镜检测标准在渐进多焦镜配装质量检测中的应用*

[摘要] 渐进多焦镜在老视、近视、斜视、非斜视性双眼视觉异常等矫正方面得到广泛应用，基于
2011版配装眼镜质量检测标准，渐进多焦镜的配装质量将进行标识和验配质量等多方面的检测和
分析。验配质量检测主要包括8大项目：①远用屈光度检测；②柱镜轴位检测；③近用附加度检
测；④配镜高度和单眼视远瞳距检测；⑤棱镜度基底取向和厚度检测；⑥镜片厚度检测；⑦位置
和倾斜度检测；⑧镜架外观、镜片表面及装配质量检测。
