&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&　　淘宝上也有信誉较好的店铺看你怎么分辨了。　　京东还比较可靠，我同学的手机就在京东买的，质量还不错。　　行货有保修，价钱贵点。水货没有交税，便宜点，一般水货功能多点，如果能买到真品水货，你就赚到了。不过水货有的是翻新机你要小心了。水行很好分辨。看看产地就知道了，水货一般是走私过来的不是本国产的。查查产地就行了。　　如果买水货要小心是不是翻新货（二手机换外壳冒充全新机出售，质量很差，其实就是收集原来的机芯、外壳或外包装进行维修或加工处理，然后当作新机器卖。其种类很多，主要的是，其一电路板有问题的旧机子，经过维修或零件拼装后重新包装出售，此类机器性能最不稳定；其二正常的旧机子的外壳经过处理或更换后当新的卖；其三非正规渠道机器通过软件刷新、重新包装后当新的卖，此类机器一般软件的稳定性有欠缺）。　　下面是鉴别方法　　鉴别方法　　外包装和使用说明书　　正规新手机的包装和说明书印刷精美,多为铜版纸印刷,字体和图像十分清晰、富有层次感,而假冒的包装盒却多为简单的单面纸张仿造,字体和图像都很干涩、粗糙,印刷字迹模糊,不少非正规渠道的改装的说明书甚至是复印的。还有一些翻新手机虽然采用的是原来正品&的包装盒和说明书,但毕竟机器是旧的,其包装盒必有磨损,说明书也一定存在使用过的痕迹,购买时多加留意,就能发现。　　手机外壳　　新机外壳接合紧凑，缝隙处平整光滑，无毛刺。&翻新机器一般采用仿原装外壳，&缝隙处不平整，有毛刺，&手机外壳上下两部分容易出现闭合不紧、留有很大缝隙的现象。鉴别时可以用小手指指甲尝试着插进手机上下盖的接缝。如果能插进去，就是翻新机。而对外壳表面像新机一样磨砂，且有小颗粒的手机，更是万万不可购买。这种机子外壳的漆是喷上去的，时间一长，漆就会脱落（机壳上的灰尘小颗粒，是喷漆时没有真空环境作业造成的）；　　内部气味　　新机翻开盖有一股淡淡的檀香味，若是翻新机，一般要对机身进行一番美容，外表尽管光滑但不够干燥，翻开盖或卸下电池后有橡皮味，塑料味，或化学剂的气味&；　　键盘和数据线接口　　由于充电器插头、数据线长期插拔的缘故，翻新机充电接口会出现难以消除的黑色划痕。而键盘翻新机多采用旧机器上的键盘或者是仿照键盘。这种键盘的共性是手感比较柔软，没有新机键盘的韧性；　　充电测试　　充电的时间最好长一些，一般在&10分钟以上。因为有许多翻新机充电时间稍长就会断电。这也是判断翻新机一个很有效的办法；　　SIM卡芯片触点与电池触点　　这两个触点一般是没法更换的。如果是翻新机，那么SIM卡芯片触点上就一定会留下清晰的摩擦痕迹，看起来发亮，这是摩擦过多所致。如果是新机未用过的芯片，则触点表层应是磨砂的；　　固定螺丝　　主要看螺丝和刀口接口部分有没有明显的划痕，&内屏下方的两个胶垫有无挑痕。　　通话质量　　自带&SIM卡试机，打电话给你的朋友，最好是固定电话，问问对方通话质量如何，通话声音是否清晰，有无杂音、电流声，音量大小有无骤然下降的现象；　　键盘　　例如三星正行、水行、港行手机键盘上均有中文笔划，中文笔&划与同一个按键的英文字母位置协调，每一个中文笔划都在中间那个字母的正上方，且数字、字母与笔划一律透光。这也是三星正行、水行、港行手机所具备的外部特征之一。水改机键盘上一般无笔划，在T400、T500之前的英文版手机笔划一般都是JS后加上去的，由于&水机&键盘在设计时就让英文字母居中，后加的中文笔划必然要靠上，偏左或偏右，有强加、挤压之感，外观颜色要比数字、字母要深一些，且一般不透光的。而现在除了英文版T400、T500外，多数水改机的键盘同样拥有透光笔画了。因此，在此提醒大家购买时一定要注意，&不妨试着用指甲刮一下键盘上的笔画，如果有脱落现象则证明是水改货。&另外，新机键盘的手感，比较有韧性、弹性，而二手机使用起来则感到比较柔软，没有新机的韧性。　　PCB电路板标识与手机背帖　　三星正行、水行、港行手机，一般要在&SIM&卡槽内&PCB电路板上标注上该手机的型号，如SGH&S308、SGH-S208、SGH-T108、SGH-T408等等，而欧洲版的SGH-300、SGH-S200、SGH-T100、SGH-T400等手机则分别标注的是SGH-S300、SGH-S200、SGH-T100、SGH-T400。还有一些三星正行、水行、港行手机，如T208、S108等等，虽然没有在PCB电路板上标注上该手机的型号，但是，在手机背贴上标注的类型（TYPE）、SSN的后面，或手机序列号S/N的前面，一定会标注着该手机的型号。&&&一般行货背面机身螺丝口那儿会贴有一个白色的棉质的胶贴，上面写着&&&维修标贴，撕毁无效&&8&个汉字。&&&当然，仅凭背贴来判断是否是行、水手机也是不够的，因为，&JS完全有手段更换这个背贴的。笔者就曾亲眼目睹了一部三星S100手机背贴上标注着S108。&&&当然，行、水行、港行手机上的背贴与欧洲版手机，以及&JS后贴上去的背贴还是有区别的，&仔细观察还是会发现水改机的&IMEI号码印刷得较模糊，而行货的印刷则清晰可见。　　手机IMEI&码　　IMEI(International&Mobile&Equipment&Identity)&是国际移动设备身份码的缩写，国际移动装备辨识码，是由&15&位数字组成的&电子串号&，它与每台手机一一对应，而且该码是全世界唯一的。每一只手机在组装完成后都将被赋予一个全球唯一的一组号码，这个号码从生产到交付使用都将被制造生产的厂商所记录。&&&其组成为&-:&前&6&位数是&型号核准号码&，一般代表机型；&7&、&8&位数是&最后装配号&，一般代表产地；之后的&6&位数是&串号&，一般代表生产顺序号；最后&1&位数通常是&&0&&，为检验码，目前暂备用。&IMEI&码贴在手机背面的标志上，并且读写于手机内存中。它也是该手机在厂家的&档案&和&身份证号&。现在三星新推出的机型一般都在检验码的后面又添加了两位数字。比如这个&IMEI&码是：&/&01&。&&&核对手机&IMEI&码，应先输入&*#06#&，查看手机内存中的&IMEI&码，记住这个号码，然后输入&*#&进行码片复位，手机会自动重启，最后再输入&*#06#&，查看这个&IMEI&码有没有改变，如果这个号码与手机背贴、外包装盒上的&IMEI&码一致，&且型号核准号码与手机型号一致&，就证明是原厂正宗货。如果不一致，或者变成了一串乱码，或指令不被执行，则证明该手机要么是水改机，要么是翻新机。　　入网许可证　　真的入网许可证上有水印，表面的颜色不均匀，有深有浅，有粗有细；而假的多为复印,表面颜色没有变化。如果你看不出的话,还可以用验钞机照一下入网许可证,，真的里面有防伪图案，会呈现出红色的&CMII&的图案。而假的图案则模糊不清。真的入网证一般都是用针式打印机打印的，数字清晰，仔细看有针打的凹痕；而假的入网许可证是普通打印机打印的，数字不十分清晰，没有凹痕。一般而言，入网许可证是比较难造假的,毕竟造假所需的设备在成本方面比较高。&&&另外还可以上网查询来检验入网许可证的真伪。&&&操作方法是:&&&1.访问电信设备进网认证网，将手机上贴的进网证号以及进网许可标志第三行的&扰码&、手机机身号逐次输入,网站就会告诉消费者手机的真伪。&&&2.如果上网不方便,还可以拨打电话到010-050313进行人工查询。也可以用手机短信来鉴别,将&RW#进网证号#&扰码&#手机机身号&发送到9500,电信设备进网认证管理信息系统将自动回复消费者鉴别信息。&&&手机配件&&&如果是正规厂家的新手机,就应该有全套的原厂配件,至少也得有一电一充。　　使用记录　　看一看手机中的游戏、短信、电话本、通话记录、自编铃声等项目有没有使用过的记录,如果有的话则有非常大的翻新嫌疑。另外在正常的使用过程中,机子频繁地自动关机或是死机,那么可以肯定地说这款手机的主板或是软件存在一定问题。　　保修　　向经销商询问机子的保修期并索要正规的发票。翻新手机无法享受正规手机&三包&规定的所有权益,因此一般没有保修期或保修期相对较短。如果销售商说他们自己负责保修也不能答应,因为正规手机一般都是全国联保的。如果销售商无法做到这些,那么手机肯定存在问题。　　价格　　俗话说,贪小便宜吃大亏。在购买机子前,最好先在当地报纸或是网站上了解一下手机的价格,如果报出的价格&十分便宜&,就要警惕了,这样&廉价&的手机不是翻新手机、非正规渠道产品,就是配件&缺斤短两&。建议到信誉好、重服务的正规销售店购买手机,拥有完备的三包凭证、有效的发货票及三包卡。这样在机子出现问题的时候,合法权益才能有所保证。　　编辑本段其它相关　　翻新机查处困难，如果按照&以旧充新&来对翻新机进行查处，需要找到不法厂商将旧机器以新机器的名义出售的证据，但是不法厂商经常以&卖的就是旧货&或者在出售时签署&出租协&议来钻法律空子。而如果外商将这些机器在境外&以旧充新&地销售，中国的法律也无法约束。如果依照&安全标准不达标&来查处也行不通，因为通常在进行安全检测时，翻新机在主要指标上是合格的，&安全隐患&虽然存在，却很难在一次检测中表现出来。&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&
