妇科宫颈检查TCT检查取样过程（图）
　　妇科，主要查宫颈细胞是否有癌变或者癌变倾向，有没有感染等等，本文介绍TCT的取样过程：
　　1、取样过程
　　使用扫帚状采样器从颈上采取足够数量的细胞样本。将扫帚状采样器的中央刷毛部分轻轻的深插入子宫颈的通道内，以便较短的刷毛能够完全接触到外子宫颈。柔和的向前抵住采样器，并按同一个时针方向转动扫帚状采样器5周整。切勿来回转动。
　　在装有EDTA专利成分保存液的小瓶内漂洗扫帚状采样器。反复的将扫帚状采样器推入瓶底，迫使刷毛全部分开来，共10次。最，在溶液中快速的转动扫帚状采样器以进一步的将细胞样本漂洗下来。然后将采样器扔掉，不要将采样器的扫帚头遗留在样本保存瓶内。
　　拧紧瓶盖，直到瓶盖上的扭矩标志线越过瓶上的扭矩标志线。
　　记录：将患者的名字和样本号码写在瓶上空白标签处，将患者的个人资料和病历填写在细胞学检验申请表上。
　　检查出结果时间：时间根据特点不同有变化，但最长不超过两周。
　　T不适合人群：没有过的女性、月经期女性。
　　TCT检查注意事项：
　　1、孕期有出血症状，怀疑是的，需要先做确认是否适宜做宫颈检查再做。
　　2、因为检查的时候要掉下身的衣服，所以要穿方便脱换的衣服和鞋。
