您好，首先要知道的是以前能不能发送短信的,如果以前能发,并且都是同一个号码没有做过系统升级，还原之类的操作，那么一般为手机短信功能出现问题.要是以前也不能发或是没有发送过短信的话那可能就和手机的设置有关系。
手机发送短信失败的原因:
1:手机短信中心号码设置有误.解决方法:致电所在地的联通客服中心(拨打10010)向人工求助,让他们给你发送你所在地的联通短信中心号码.然后进行设置就可以了。
2:手机欠费了.解决方法:及时的给手机充值。
3:手机不在服务区内.也就是手机处于漫游状态下，或是手机正处于信号盲区。有些手机是不能自动漫游的。解决方法：及时的回到手机信号服务区内，如果是不能自动漫游的手机在下次离开服务区之前及时的去办理漫游业务。

如果是单独一个移动号码收不到你的短信，这是属于对方问题；如果所有的移动号码都收不到你的短信，那么建议打去客服刷新短信数据尝试
是所有的移动号码都不能接收到我的短信，但是我能接收到他们发过来的。
