一、询问客户对报价的看法

逢年过节,如果不短信问候一下客户,显得不懂礼数不说,还可能成全了对手。可要是真心问候起来,肚里又没词儿。最后,往往为了图省事,从网上复制粘贴,然后群发。可是,千篇一律的内容显得太没诚意,甚至还构成信骚扰。发,还是不发,这是个问题。
Q:如何创意个性化问候,让客户感受到真心的关怀呢?
原则:错误不能犯,否则就白干
①当天发=没诚意
都挤在一天发,再好听的话也会边际效用递减,没味道了。关键是,这么做,显得很没有诚意。比如,当到了感恩节那天,你才去表达感恩的时候,多少有点为赋新词强说愁的味道。给客户感觉你是形势所迫,为了显示你的礼貌素养,而不是表达对他人真心实意的祝福。解决方案:错峰。要么提前,要么延后,不要凑热闹。也就是说,腊月28那天发,或者初五那天发,效果会比除夕、初一发送好N倍。
②群发=白发
当客户觉得TA只是你群体对象中的一员的时候,不产生信骚扰这类负面感受已经不错,可别指望TA会有什么积极回应。解决方案:考虑到客户太多,没法全部个性化,那就把客户简单分成两类,20%的客户,亲自写短信(小编按:不要说来不及好吧,节前1周就该着手酝酿,不要等到当天才想起来~否则橙老师也救不了你)。80%的客户,可以群发,但是内容依然要做到个性化(参见后面示范)。
③完美=抄袭
一条写得天衣无缝的短信,可能会让对方莞尔一笑,但不会激起深度的情感回应,过于完美,对方会本能地认为你是抄袭。因此,要尽量少编写一些有韵脚的完美短信,更不用说复制网络上的流行祝福语了。比如:“愿你抱着平安,拥着健康,揣着幸福,携着快乐,带着财运,拽着吉祥,迈入新年,快乐度过每一天!”。
方法:真诚出创意,右脑更重要
①坚信真诚无敌
一旦你拿出真诚劲儿,你就会发现,即使看起来无话可说的时候,也能写出有趣的短信。比如这条:“一到这个时候我就犯愁啊!一大把年纪了,大过年的整几句漂亮话应个景,怎么就那么难呢?可怜我搜尽枯肠,也没弄出个什么名堂。那就老老实实跟党中央保持一致,说句有利于和谐的话吧,祝您XXXX。”
②摈弃左脑思维
客套、严肃、理性,尽显八股遗风……是左脑思维。赶紧丢掉!启动右脑思维——率真、温暖、轻松,饱含人文关怀。比如,不要这么说:“春节到了,何以琛祝您万事如意,身体健康。”用右脑稍作修改,就接地气了,比如:“过年了,幸福CEO何以琛先生官方宣布:2015年,您将9999事如意,还有1件身体健康。”
干货:模板已备好,麻溜来收藏
下面分享一些大家容易模仿的短信,不走高大上,但求接地气。各位笑纳的同时,务必根据客户的人际风格重新改造。
1.含羞唠嗑型
“王姐,平常跟您太熟了,熟到特意说点什么漂亮话都显客气了,所以,马上过年了,我就准备对您不客气了。来几句没啥技术含量的话吧:祝您吃嘛嘛香,睡得倍儿香,顺顺当当,健健康康。”
2.坦白从宽型
“提前问候您,是为了春节期间不凑热闹,到时您忙得看短信都来不及,还得琢磨要不要给这家伙回短信,那该多纠结啊?您看我多贴心啊。其实,提前发,更阴险的目的是怕您短信太多看不见我,那我不是白发了?好吧,现在就祝您XXXX。”
3.现场直播型
“第一天休假,大清早地起来打扫屋子,准备迎接财神爷。还别说,比上班还累,忙得一身汗。现在,我躺在沙发上,想起了您。如果我没有记错,您今天应该在去往哈尔滨的飞机上。那就祝您XXXX。”
4.婉约祝福型
“新年快到了,长假还会远吗?习惯了为别人操心的您,终于可以留些时间给自己了吧。好好享受难得的清闲,开启您的新春之旅。请您速速回家,祝您羊年慢慢乐。”
5.感恩表白型
“不知不觉,又是一年。终于可以慵懒地躺在客厅的沙发上,闭目回想。细数这一年里经历的事,遇到的人。您,一位萍水相逢的正能量客户,很自然地跳进了我的脑海。谢谢您,让我重新认识这份职业的价值——遇见不同的人生。羊年快到了,提前祝您羊年慢慢慢些乐。”
6.感悟工作型
“在我名下500名客户中,您是我最熟悉的1/50。在这最熟悉的50名客户中,您是我每次见面时最轻松的那一位,木有之一哦。回想过去的一年,我很开心多了一些对您的了解,在我心中,属于您的年度关键词是——平衡。职业原因,我见过一些成功人士,但您是我见过的最顾家的男人。还记得8月份的一个下午您来网点,聊起和爱人孩子一起参加暑期夏令营时那份自豪的神情。谢谢您,让我懂得了能够商场打拼兼顾家庭和谐的男人才是最可爱的。新年快到了,祝您和家人团团圆圆狠狠地幸福。”
7.勤劳耿直型
“事先声明,我下面的祝福语绝对不是转发的,不是粘贴的,是我一个字一个字在手机上按出来的,是给您私人定制的精华浓缩版——祝您XXXX。不用谢哈。”
8.坦率自黑型
“书到用时方恨少啊。从小语文不好,肚里没词儿,憋了半天,也送不出份像样的祝福急中生智啊,干脆拿出压箱底的康熙字典。以下都是我搜罗来的新年好词儿,您就自个挑吧—@#¥%&?~&#……”
9.笨鸟先飞型
“为了赶在新年前给您说句话,我提前3天写短信。一边想,一边写,一边看,心里那个恨呀,肚子里那么漂亮话,咋就出不来捏。为表示诚意,我挥笔自罚,抄3遍,新年到了,祝您一切顺意。新年到了,祝您一切顺意。新年到了,祝您一切顺意。”
10.想得太多型
“休假第一天,一大早起来,想给您写几句漂亮话,写了好几段,有的写成了淘宝体,有的写成了梨花体。慎重起见,我还特意在心里默念几遍,结果赶脚不是太客气,就是太文艺,没办法,怪我太有才了。最后,改了好几遍,就剩精华了——祝您XXXX。”
11.假期剧透型
“春节快到了,我的远行计划也开始了:登珠峰,去云南,走北欧,飞马尔代夫。还别说,放假就是好啊,终于有空躺床上,把这些旅游梦都完整做一遍。做完梦,还是觉得假期就这么几天,在家里和家人呆着吃吃喝喝就好,您春节有啥计划安排,等上班了咱们好好聊哈。最后祝XXXX。”
12.吃货卖萌型
“作为一名有梦想的吃货,我的假期是这么安排的:除夕吃白菜陷饺子,初一吃芹菜陷饺子,初二吃萝卜馅饺子,初三吃剩下的饺子……嗨,您肯定比我有出息,春节假期应该有很多安排吧?开心玩,然后春节后有空过来聊哈,我等您。祝XXXX。”
13.素未谋面型
“这个世界上我知道名字但没有见过的人很多,您是比较醒目的那一个。几个月前,我受行长委托,成为向您提供私密专享一对一金融服务的客户经理。可是,一年下来,我惆怅啊!客户经理这个官衔听起来低调奢华有内涵,但没有客户,哪有经理?新年快到了,祝愿我朝思暮想从未谋面的您——羊年吉祥,家人安康。温馨警告:春节期间,考虑到您短信多到爆,怕累着您扑闪扑闪的眼睛,偶就不准备凑热闹了,求谅解。”
14.人海守候型
“很久以前说声byebye,你转身消失在人海,再也木有回来,留下我痴痴等待。呵呵,您晕了吧,这是神马风格?莫怪莫怪,新年快到了,偶不懂婉约不会豪放没有高大上,只想换个姿势问候您,提前祝您羊年慢慢乐。不习惯?那您就当是传说中的“X行体”吧。粗暴提示:春节期间,考虑到谢您隆恩的人多到爆,奏章批阅回复费时费力,偶就不准备给您添乱了。”

平时,我们可能都是和他们的采购在交往,往往有时候谈不到点子上,或者他本身也没法拿主意。如果我们直接到客户那里的话,就可以跟他们的老板、采购、技术等沟通,而且还有我们带过去的实样。这样就容易解决很多问题。
偶尔告诉客户原材料行情、运费和汇率变化。
原材料价格、运费和汇率变动是客人很关心的问题,因为对他的成本,包括未来的销售都有着密切的联系,你偶尔把行情告诉他,这样会保持着不中断的联系。同时,原材料的涨价,海运费、人民币汇率的上升,也能在一定程度上加快客人下单的决策。
&邮件跟踪之八大模板。
1)报价后好几天没回复,可以询问是否收到,收到了对价格有什么看法?对产品有什么建议?
