Our School Group Coordinators will do their best to accommodate your group’s needs as closely as possible. After you contact us to reserve your field trip, you will receive:
A confirmation form and number stating the date, times, schedule (subject to change), and cost of your field trip
A teacher and chaperone guide to the Exploreum
The resources you have requested
If you have not received this information two weeks in advance of your field trip, please contact us immediately to ensure that your reservation is confirmed.
What the Exploreum requests of you
In final preparation for your trip, we ask that you:
Call to inform us of any changes to the total numbers of students and chaperones up to 24 hours before your trip
Review the teacher and chaperone guide to the Exploreum
Prepare your students for the field trip
Prepare your chaperones to fulfill their duties
Prepare one check, drafted on a school account, for payment upon arrival
Cancellation Policy
No charge if you notify us in writing more than 14 days before the scheduled visit
50% charge if cancelled within 14 days of the visit
100% charge if cancelled within 7 days of the visit
If you cancel your visit but reschedule for the same school year, no cancellation fee is charged
SCHOOL FIELD TRIP CHOICES AND PRICES:
Prices are valid for school group visits that are paid for by check drawn on a school account or by credit card registered to a school. If another form of payment is used (e.g. personal credit card, check, or individual student or chaperone payment at the box office), the Exploreum is required by the State of Alabama to charge admissions tax on the purchase.

Suggested Chaperones
The Exploreum suggests the following chaperone to student ratios:
Pre-school: 1 chaperone for every 3 students
Grades K-2: 1 chaperone for every 5 students
Grades 3-12: 1 chaperone for every 10 students
Home School Groups
Groups of 14 or more: Rules for school groups apply in regard to chaperone/ rates must include tax unless drawn on a school account.
Groups less than 14: Must show ID or proof of home schooling (i.e. membership in Mobile Home School Association); normal school rates apply for children (plus tax); no free admission for any adults (chaperones or teachers).
IMAX Theater Seating
The IMAX Theater staff will be responsible for seating during all school shows. Due to the limited number of seats, only the number of people on your reservation are guaranteed a seat. All others are subject to availability. Due to strict scheduling concerns, all IMAX Films must start on time and cannot be held. Please be prompt.

本来很开心春节可以来大马旅游度假,行程都安排的差不多了,决定去Tioman岛休息两天,由于走陆路和水路耗费的时间太长,所以选择了Berjaya集团的私人飞机。。
定的是2月16号从吉隆坡出发,本来回程是2月18号的,但是由于自己的马虎,定成了3月18号。

原本因为回程的机票时间定错了,我就发邮件给他们问问能不能改签或者退票,发了三封,元旦前就发了,直到现在也没有回。
群里有个很好心的JJ,由于她本来就在大马,所以委托她帮我打电话问,结果打他们公司,他们公司查到说的是系统只看到我买的去Tioman岛的机票,没有显示我买了回程的机票。我很纳闷,马上登陆当时订票的网站,看了后台自己的预定,果然,后台显示的是只有去程的订票信息,回程的莫名其妙的不见了。好心的JJ又打电话过去帮我问,那边又说系统出了点问题,让10分钟后再打过去。。等我们再打电话过去的时候,对方说只有打到机场那边去问一下,他也不知道。。打机场那边电话,却一直没人接。从昨天打到现在。。。
真的很气人,就算不能改签或者退票,我认倒霉重新买不就得了,现在居然系统里连我买过回程机票的信息都没有,也就说对方不承认我买过回程机票。那么,我344马币不就白白的送给了他们吗?幸好我留下了当时支付成功的截图,以及支付成功后,对方通过电子邮件给我发来的行程单。。
但是,现在我身在国内,英文又不太好,那边邮件不回,电话也联系不上,

我们选择直飞上岛,计划定拉古纳附近的SariPacific,酒店的接机太贵了,要300马币两个人,还有什么省钱的方法吗?||berjaya每天有船可以到laguna这边的海滩。好像是45马币一个人。||兄弟:我7月就要到热浪岛,从berjaya下飞机后拉古娜有人接机。回程的时候到甘榜码头下,还要到berjaya住2天,怎么可以到berjaya入住呢?我请berjaya派车来接,可是他总说300包船。真不晓得咋个办?望赐教!
我们四个人,怎么最划算?我们是头一天晚上到机场,住在机场附近,第二天赶8:00的飞机去热浪岛补充于:0:9我们头一天晚上10点多到KILA,第二天到梳邦坐8点的飞机。我们晚上应该住哪?最方便||坐机场巴士starshuttle到subang,然后坐出租去酒店,第二天一早再由酒店坐出租去机场吧。如果当天不想去吉隆玻市区,可以住subang的oneworld酒店,旁边就是ONEU商场,这样晚上比较不会无聊。或当天可以坐机场巴士到KLsentral中环,然后直接打出租过去midvalley,打表只要RM5(含四人附加费),晚上住cititelmidvalley酒店,晚上在midvalley商场游览和兑换马币,晚上还可以看电影,第二天一早直接在酒店打车去subang机场,大概RM12。
前段时间车在外地出了点事故,报了交警和保险,保险公司怕扩大损失,让我在当地定损和维修,为了保险起见,还特意跑了几十公里找到大众在当地唯一的一家4S店,委托其维修,后因有事提前赶回深圳,所以委托当地的一个朋友帮忙处理后续事宜...差不多一个月后,车修好了回到了深圳,有一天去深圳的4Sdian做保养时,被JS告知说之前维修时所更换的配件是副厂件...开始还不太相信,赶紧打电话去之前那家4S店质问,店里的售后服务经理在追问下倒也承认了用副厂件的事情,当然也找了些不着边际的理由,说什么因为时间紧,当地又很难找到这款车的原厂配件之类的...我说不管怎么说,作为4S店,用副厂件本身就是欺骗消费者,侵害了我的利益,而且,当初报价时也全部按原厂件的价钱报的,钱也一分都没少收...,然后具体问到该如何处理时,对方就顾左右而言它,最后只说,等我什么时候再过去那边的时候再帮我弄一下...TMD,如果一辈子不去的话,那就是他什么都不用做了?后面再联系,也没了下文.MF的各位前辈高人,有没人碰到过类似情况的,出来指点下,怎么样才能讨回公道??我也知道,这种事情,相隔千里,真要诉诸法律,对薄公堂的话不但劳命伤财,浪费时间,还不一定能有个什么结果...也想过向大众投诉,只是不知道到底有没有用,厂商对4S店有多大的约束力呢?不管怎样,也不能就这样忍气吞声,下次说不定谁又会被黑.||有没DX能支个高招啊??||太简单拉告诉他不处理就找厂家投诉速度就快了或者直接生产厂家投诉自然有人跟进的Already have an italki account?

Hi! This is really good I made a few minor changes just to make it flow better for example if sentences are continously starting with the same word it sounds really choppy. This is a very tricky to get use to it I still have to correct it on occasion and I'm a native speaker! I hope you enjoy your trip!
