同学你好，很高兴为您解答！　　1.计划要全面　　定的是学习计划，自然要多考虑学习的具体安排。不过，为了保证学习任务的完成，应当对学习生活做出全面的考虑和安排。　　例如，除了学习以外，还要安排好社会工作时间，锻炼身体时间，充足的睡眠时间，文化娱乐时间等等，这样才能保证自己的全面发展，才能保持旺盛的精力，才能使学习生活丰富多彩，生动有趣。　　有的学生制定学习计划时，只考虑三件事：吃饭、睡觉和学习。对集体活动不管不顾，对锻炼身体不予考虑，至于娱乐和休息，计划内更是没有它们的位置。这种“单打一”的学习计划，使得学习生活单调，乏味，从而容易引起疲劳，既影响学习效果，也影响全面发展。　　2.长计划和短安排要结合好　　在一段比较长的时间内究竟学些什么，应当有个大致计划。但是，由于实际的学习生活千变万化，往往不好预测，所以长远的计划不能定得太具体，很难在这个月就把下个月每天干什么全都确定下来。但是，下个月在学习上应解决哪几个主要问题，心中是应当有数的。而本月的第一个星期要解决什么问题，第一个星期每天干什么，就应当制定得具体些。这样，就把在一个较长时间内才能完成的学习任务分到每周每天去了。这样安排以后，在每天学习时，心中就会明白当天的学习任务在学习全局中的地位。　　有了具体的短安排计划，长远计划中的任务就可以逐步得到实现，有了长远计划，又可以在完成具体学习任务时，心中有明确的学习目标。　　3.要从学习实际出发　　在制定学习计划时，不要脱离学习的实际情况，不少学生在制定学习计划时劲头很足，但往往忽略了实际情况，结果实行起来感到困难重重，十分紧张。　　什么是学习的实际呢?　　①自己将要掌握的知识和能力是什么。　　例如，在这个月的学习计划中要接受和“消化”多少知识?要着重培养哪些能力?　　②时间的多少。　　在每个学习阶段，能有多少确实可用的学习时间?常规学习时间可以安排多少?自由学习时间可以安排多少?　　③学习上的欠缺和漏洞。　　自己在学习上欠的“债”是哪些?在某一阶段的学习计划中可以偿还多少“欠债”?　　4.要留有余地　　计划的具体内容和实施步骤是在学习之前拟定的，是设想，毕竟还不是现实。要想把计划变成现实，还要经过一段时间的努力，在这个过程中，自己的思想可能会发生某些变化，学习的各种条件也可能会发生变化，学习计划定得再实际，也难免出现估计不到的情况。例如，某个阶段有的学科难度大，作业多，这样，计划中的常规学习时间就会增加，自由学习时间则会减少，因而计划中的学习任务就可能完不成。再如，有时集体活动比计划的多了，占用了较多的学习时间，也会影响学习计划的实施等等。所以为了保证计划的实现，学习计划不要定得太满、太死、太紧，要留有机动时间，目标也不要定得过高。在机动时间内安排一些一旦完不成对当时学习影响不大的学习任务，或者说，安排一些时间性不强的学习任务。　　由于在学习的时间和学习的内容安排上有了一定的伸缩性，就可以适应临时变化的情况，完成计划的可能性也就增加了，这也有利于增强自己的学习信心。　　有的学生在定计划时，由于没有留有余地，结果一旦受到冲击，计划就难以实现，慢慢地还会对制定学习计划的必要性产生怀疑，有的干脆取消了定计划的做法。当然，计划中留的余地也不能太多，太多了会使自己执行计划时松松垮垮，缺乏争取完成计划的奋斗精神。　　5.要提高时间的利用率　　早晨或晚上，或者说一天学习的开头和结尾时间，可安排侧重记忆的科目，如：心情比较愉快，注意力比较集中的时间，可以安排比较枯燥，或自己不太喜欢的科目。零星的、注意力不易集中的时间，可以安排做习题或学习自己最感兴趣的科目。学习和适当的体育活动交替安排，记忆和计算的科目可以交替进行，相近的学习内容不要集中安排在一起，等等。由于学习安排的不同，在同样的学习时间内，就会取得不同的学习效果。如果按照上面说的原则安排，学习的效果，时间的利用率将会大大增强和提高。　　6.注重效果，及时调整　　在计划执行到一定阶段以后，就应当检查一下学习效果如何，以便及时调整计划，使之更加切实可行。　　主要检查以下内容：　　自己是不是基本按计划做了，计划中的学习任务是否完成了，没有完成的原因是什么。　　通过检查，立即采取相应的措施，及时调整计划或排除干扰。　　可以结合写日记，不断记录计划的执行情况，使自己感受到不断进取的喜悦，这样做还有利于总结和改进。不写日记的同学，起码在一天结束的时候，回忆一下当天的学习生活，以便及时调整学习计划。　　总之，科学的、实际可行的并认真执行的学习计划，必将使学习效率大大提高，意志品质大大增强，从而对学习的成功越来越有信心，随之而来的是学习丰收的喜悦。而那些不料学的、脱离实际的、为应付老师而制定的、不认真执行的计划，只是一纸空文而已。　　希望我们的回答能帮助您解决问题，如您满意，请采纳为最佳答案哟。　　高顿网校是网络财经教育领导品牌，更多财会问题欢迎向高顿企业知道提问.　　希望我们的回答能帮助您解决问题，如您满意，请采纳为最佳答案哟。是网络财经教育领导品牌，更多财会问题高顿祝您生活愉快！

& &&&In this day and age, an increasing number of teenage children are \&trapped\& in homes and throwing themselves into computer games. It goes without saying that this problem has brought into focus, for the reason that a fair number o parents claim that it will pose a great threat to teenagers\' healthy growth. In order to solve the problem and prepare them for adult life, they encourage their children to take a part-time job. As far as I am concerned, I, in general, agree with this way but I firmly believe that it is not the optimal way. My reasons are as follows.
& &&&To be frank, encouraging children to take a part-time job can prepare themselves for adult life to some extent. To begin with, they can learn how to get well along with their colleagues and from that usual work instills term spirit and work ethic into them. Further, their ability will be enhanced a lot, such as the efficiency of finishing work. There is no doubt that the abilities play a significant role in their future careers. All these things, as you can see, will turn them into a better adult and even social beings.
& &&&Yet there are some drawbacks which are easily overlooked. One the one hand, since they have little knowledge of social affairs, chances are that they will be enforced to working with tiring tasks but with low pay. What is worse is that they don\'t know defense their own rights.&&On the other hand, they are too young to handle tasks. From time to time they are likely to bring some troubles to the boss.
& &&&So it is highly advisable that they are supposed to, as volunteers, do something for the community or school. For one thing, it will help them develop a sense of belonging, which means responsibility at the same time. For another, they will not be exploited by some unmoral bosses and can behave themselves and make contributions to their surroundings
& &&&Taking these factors into account, I wholeheartedly approve the notion that the way, encouraging teenagers to take a part-time job, is feasible for preparing them for adult life while it is by no means the optimal one.
