女性不排卵但来月经是怎么回事？
如题，另要是不排卵也来月经，那怎么知道自己是排了还是没排？总不能没事就做个测验吧？

PCOS患者躺枪。。。首先先说下背景知识，月经主要是受雌激素和孕激素影响的，雌激素使子宫内膜增生变厚，而孕激素则使内膜成熟，雌孕激素水平下降到一定程度内膜失去支持就会发生出血，这个也叫做撤退性出血。而排卵则是在雌激素作用下产生的黄体生成素（LH）高峰以及一定浓度的卵泡刺激素（FSH）共同作用下进行的。无排卵的月经（严格的说是子宫出血）有两种，一种是雌激素较高，缺乏孕激素作用，导致子宫内膜一直处于增生状态，越来越厚，最后组织自发破溃出血，可能会来势比较凶猛；另一种是雌激素水平低，总是徘徊在阈值水平（会引起撤退性出血的水平）左右，可以发生间断少量出血。判断有无排卵比较方便的方法是测基础体温，每天早上醒来后不要起床，什么也别做就先测体温（口腔温度比较准），并绘制基础体温曲线，有排卵的女性基础体温是双相的，每到排卵之后，孕激素水平上升会导致体温增加0.5℃左右。如果体温没有周期性规律则很可能没有排卵。不过不是100%准确。市面上也有测排卵的试纸，测得就是排卵期达到高峰的黄体生成素，不过个体差异大，需要连续测看趋势才能确定排卵。=======================================顺便说我之前就是间断少量出血一出就是好几个月啊，伤得起么。。。

确实存在不排卵也会来月经的情况，排不排卵很难从主观感觉上判断，也就是说，你自己基本上没办法分辨一个月经周期中是否有排卵。
