HiI just wanted to get this off my chest as I think all my friends are fed up with me ranting on about it to them.My job is so boring it is stressing me out...I work in an office which used to be quite fun and busy, there was always something going on and even though sometimes there was too much work to do, at least there was a buzz.Now everything has changed and its really getting to me. Due to reorganization and i guess the recent recession the atmosphere at work has changed from being fun to being like a morgue and the work load has dwindled so much that most of the day I end up playing computer games on my computer on the sly just to pass some time.I am literally bored to tears but still have to look like I have something to do as I don't want to be sacked. I can feel myself becoming more and more stressed every day. I never realized boredom could be so stressful.When I get home I am mentally exhausted with it all and am frequently in tears and I find myself turning to the wine bottle every evening just to chill out which I know is not good for me.Well that's my rant over, guess I will have to find some courage and speak to my boss about it. Wish me luck.

I had forgotten that I had written this post here on this all those years ago but came across it again when I was looking for information about meditation.Anyway just to let everyone know that since I wrote this I had to resign as I was simply going mad, I couldn't take it anymore even though I had no idea what I was going to do next.Luckily a friend of mine suggested that I started my own online business and that is what I did.
