为保证甲一定取胜，m供攻垛纪艹慌讹苇番俩应设定为不能被4整除。甲先取走m除以4的余数，然后与乙取的数字凑4，即乙取1枚，甲就取3枚，乙取2枚，甲就取2枚，乙取3枚，甲就取1枚.甲必胜。
