深圳市沙头角中学青年教师教学基本功大赛英语组教案
&&&&为坚持“以人为本,激励成功”的办学理念,以“铸师魂、练师能、强师研”为主题,按照“分步实施,整体推进”的原则,深圳市沙头角中学于-25日举办了青年教师教学基本功大赛。
此次比赛分两个阶段:
一、初赛:
1.上一节竞赛课,占总分的70%。课的内容自定,可以事先在组内试教。
2.上交这一节课的教案和课件,占总分的10%。(电子稿)
3.写一篇教学反思或教学感悟(1000字左右)占总分的20%。(电子稿)
三项总分为100分,其中竞赛课占70分,教案和课件占10分,教学反思或教学感悟占20分。
二、复赛:
进行不超过5分钟的演讲,演讲内容围绕教育教学的主题,具体题目,在比赛赛前一个小时通知本人。
大赛总成绩由初赛成绩(占75%)和演讲成绩(占25%)组成,共计100分。

本书根据以上宗旨编写了三部分内容:阅读理解练习、完形填空练习和兴趣阅读。阅读理解练习主要训练学生对文章的主旨以及与文章主旨有关的重要细节的理解能力。同时要培养学生快速阅读的习惯,九年制义务制教育教学大纲规定初三学生的阅读速度应达到每分钟40至50个词。我们在每篇文章末尾都注明了单词数,便于同学阅读时掌握时间,计算阅读速度。完形填空是一种考查学生多种语言能力的综合性测试题,同时也是一种提高阅读理解能力的训练方法。它要求学生从整个语段出发,通篇理解文章内容,明白语言结构。同时还要具有一定的社会科学、自然科学常识。本书第二部分的25篇练习是按照内容由易到难,空白由少到多的原则编写的,便于学生进行循序渐进的训练。第三部分兴趣阅读旨在扩大学生的阅读范围,开扩眼界,多方面了解不同国家的文化背景、社会习俗及科普常识等。这一部分只要求读懂,不再提供理解训练题,书后附有参考译文。
本书适用于初三年级,老师可有计划地按顺序对学生进行训练,也可根据不同班级,不同学生的实际水平,有选择地使用。
