同学们踊跃发言,争相发表自己的观点。我们班的女生全部上场,而二组的组长竟然讲了24分钟......
我也在临下课是发表了我自己的看法,以下是我的演讲稿:
《毛邓三概论》专题演讲稿
首先,我要先向大家介绍一下现在的就业形势:
2008年,全国普通高校毕业生达到550万人,比2007年增加50万人。
那么,这种高校毕业生面临严峻形势的原因是什么呢?
在我看来,原因主要有三个:
首先,是全国劳动力总量供大于求。
其次,是社会有效需求赶不上毕业生规模增长的速度,高校毕业生供需矛盾突出。
这里我想给大家提供两个案例,一是研究生毕业卖猪肉事件。经济不景气就业艰难,一度令人唏嘘的“北大才子陆步轩卖猪肉”,眼下正被越来越多的大学毕业生所接受。近日,广州一家猪肉连锁店年薪8万聘15名“猪肉荣”,竟引来包括中大、华工在内的1500多名应届硕士研究生前往竞聘。
另一个就是大学生零工资就业现象。每到年底我们随处可见民工为讨工资四处奔波的身影,而今许多大学毕业生为了就业机会索性不要工资,这种“零工资”就业看上去很美,但它折射出社会的就业压力,并且带来的一系列问题和隐患,则是我们需要关注的。近年来,面对就业压力,南京的一些大学毕业生求职者,采取了一种“务实”的态度———他们为落实单位,采取“零工资”就业的方式,在用人单位边工作边积累经验和积攒资历,期望最终获得用人单位的认可。
最后,2008年全国高校毕业生就业的结构性矛盾可能进一步加剧。
虽然说我们缺乏社会经历和社会经验,但是我们也有我们的优势,那就是我们的可塑性强!
在这里,我有四个字要送给大家,那就是“有勇有谋”,
“勇”,不是匹夫之勇,而是勇气、信心和信念,“思想决定行为,行为决定习惯,习惯决定性格,性格决定命运”
世界上最大的快餐连锁店麦当劳的总裁克罗克有一句话我记得很清楚:
世上任何东西都不能代替恒心。
“才华”不能:才华横溢却一事无成的人并不少见。
“天才”不能:是天才却得不到赏识者屡见不鲜。
“教育”不能:受过教育而没有饭碗的人并不难找。
只有恒心加上决心才是万能的。
克罗克成功了,这不难证明信念在一个人成功过程中的巨大作用和巨大力量。而我们更应如此!
“谋”,不仅指谋略,还指摸清经济形势,顺应经济发展的趋势,乘势而行,实现自己的人生理想。
当前社会,次贷危机导致金融危机,金融危机导致紧急危机,这种连锁反应造成全球经济衰退形势。但是“危机”正是危险和机遇并存的。
统计显示,我国网民接入宽带比例为84.7%,宽带网民数已达2.14亿人,宽带网民规模为世界第一。报告表明,我国互联网发展日趋成熟,网络媒体、网络商务等互联网深层次应用比例大幅度提升。
这条报道给我们提供了至少两条信息:
目前我国计算机应用发展迅速,计算机相关行业就业前景十分巨大;
网络应用技术的发展迅速,使信息的流动速度加快,给我们大学生提供了更多的信息,给我们的就业和创业提供了大量的信息和指导!
世界正在向着多元化的方向迈进,各种各式的行业越来越多,行业之间的界限也不再明显。这就要求我们不能仅仅只具备一技之长,仅凭一技之长就去行走社会。每年的毕业生里只有一部分的学生可以从事真正于自己专业对口,而且是自己喜欢的职业。这也在提醒我们,作为一名即将迈入社会的大学生,更不能将自己的技能局限于一个方面,因为我们未来将要面对的不只是我们这一个专业,而是一个社会。想要在社会上更好的行走下去,就不能够仅仅具备一项技能,而是应当“多技并举,一超多强”。
再说说大学生就业过程中的心理问题。
面对就业,大学生的心理是复杂多变的。通过几年大学生活,同学们在知识、能力与人格方面有了积极的显著发展,有着强烈的就业意愿和积极的就业动机,为能尽快的实现自己的人生价值而感到由衷的欢欣;而就业岗位和就业方式的多样化也为大学生就业提供了更多的机遇和更大的自由度,许多大学生搜摩拳擦掌,跃跃欲试,准备在所学专业领域一展身手。但是在就业过程中,又难免出现种种心理矛盾、心理误区和心理障碍。
就业心理压力与焦虑、就业心理期望与失落感、就业观念的不合理、就业的人格缺陷、就业的心态定位不正确等,都或多或少的给我们带来了不良的影响,甚至影响我们的生活!
这也就不得不提德育和思想道德教育的重要性了。通过加强德育和思想道德的教育,为自己树立正确的人生观、世界观和价值观,从而从以下几个方面来调节自己的就业心理困扰。

接受客观现实,调整就业期望值

充分认识职业价值,树立合理的职业价值观

最后,引一条俞敏洪的话:“不要做小草,虽然小草同样吸收阳光和养分,还可以绿化草地,但小草终归是小草,人家踩了你以后,不会因为踩了你而痛苦;我们要做大树,我们要长高,也许人会把我们踩进泥土里,但是我们同样可以吸收泥土的养分,一年、两年、十年、二十年,终有一天,我们会长成参天大树,我们可以为人民乘凉,造福。即使是死了,一是一个栋梁之才!”
