Development of intrapancreatic transplantable model of pancreatic duct adenocarcinoma in Syrian golden hamsters.
Intrapancreatic and subcutaneous (SC) inoculation of cultured pancreatic cancer cells, derived from an induced primary pancreatic cancer in a Syrian hamster, resulted in tumor take in all recipient hamsters. The intrapancreatic allografts grew rapidly, were invasive, and metastasized into the lymph nodes and liver in 2 of 9 cases. In comparison, SC tumors grew relatively slower and formed a large encapsulated mass without invasion and metastases. Histologically, tumors of both sites showed fairly well-differentiated adenocarcinomas of ductal/ductular type resembling the induced primary cancer. Similar to the primary induced pancreatic cancers, tumor cells of both allografts expressed blood-group-related antigens, including A, B, H, Le(b), Le(y), Le(x), and tumor-associated antigen TAG-72. The tumor cells did not express Le(a), CA 19-9, 17-1A, or DU-PAN-2. The expression of these antigens was retained in the metastases and presented the same patterns of reactivity as the allografts. Thus intrapancreatic transplantation provides a rapid model for production of pancreatic cancer with morphologic similarities to human pancreatic cancer.

To prevent Staphylococcus aureus( SA) infection,and reduce the economic losses of animal husbandry,2 133 bp Esx A- Esx B- Flic fusion genes were composed by Flic flagellin and Esx A and Esx B as virulence factors SA. The expression plasmid was amplified in Escherichia coli,and the total protein was extracted after lysing the bacteria,and then the Esx A- Esx B- Flic fusion protein was purified through His-Tag. The results showed that the method was simple and efficient,which could obtain lots of purified proteins. The method could be used for novel subunit vaccine against SA fusion protein.

To avoid the invalid work and poor management of the city 's cleaners,this paper puts forward and develops a cleaner 's intelligent management system which is based on radio frequency identification technology and ultrasonic sensor technology. The system can detect garbage automatically by ultrasonic sensor and realize monitoring and management of each garbage,as well as identify the electronics tag of each cleaner and inform the cleaner immediately through the RFID technology and 3G communication technology. It has a significant application value because the system conveniently achieves intelligent detection,timely dispose and supervision for the city environment.

The Hutouya Pb- Zn polymetallic ore deposit is located in Qimantag, East Kunlun. Intermediate- acid intrusive rocks occur widely in this area, and are closely related to iron polymetallic mineralization. The results of LA- ICP- MS zircon U- Pb isotope dating reval that the granodiorite in the periphery of No. Ⅴore belt was formed at(224.3±0.6) Ma and the orthoclase granitein No. Ⅷ ore belt was formed at(239.7±0.8) Ma. Petrogeochemistry shows that the granodiorite is rich in K and poor in Na, with no strong negative Eu anomalies(δEu=0.68-1.06), and is enriched in Rb, Th, U, K, but depleted in Nb, P, Ti, thus belonging probably to I- type granite series. The orthoclase granite is characterized by high Si O2, high alkali, low TFe O, Mg O, Ca O, P2O5 and Ti O2,strong negative Eu anomalies(δEu 0.08- 0.26), enrichment of Rb, Th, U, K,and depletion of P, Ti, Ba, Sr, belonging probably to highly fractionated I-type granite series. Both of them were formed at the post-collision stage. Variable Hf isotopic compositions of zircon indicate that it experienced magma mixing, which provided large quantities of ore- forming meterials for large- scale polymetallic mineralization.
