.建筑企业办理三级资质证书里的A证..说实在的。现在在建筑系统里所说的ABC证，C为专职安全员，我没听说过有这回事，其实是指建筑企业“安全生产许可证”中要求的三类人员考核证件的简称，A为主要负责人，B为项目经理（即建造师）、B证、C证

建筑企业办理三级资质证书里的A证B证C证各指的是由上级建筑监督单位对所属的特定人群经培训，考核和考试合格后颁发的资质证书，公司经理的是A级资质证书，项目经理的B级证书，项目安全员的C级证书。
要通过学习专业知识经过考试合格后具备了相应的条件才能考到这些证书。

建筑施工企业三类人员申报安全生产考核所需材料（一）申报企业主要负责人A证：1、三类人员安全生产考核申请表；2、身份证复印件（需核原件）；3、中专学历或相应专业中级职称复印件（需核原件）；4、企业在册人员证明资料（劳动合同和社会保险统筹凭据需核原件）；5、教育培训证明资料（如企业组织培训由企业盖章）；6、二年内安全生产知识考试合格证明(企业盖章)。以上这些材料必须准备好；考试辅导用书改为采用《省安全生产知识考试用书（法律法规）》、《建设工程安全生产技术》和《省建筑施工现场安全质量标准化管理实用手册》三本用书。考试题型改为以客观题为主，主观题为辅。客观题均采用答题卡形式答题。也不知道对不对，仅供你参考吧。

建筑装饰设计资质分为甲级、乙级和丙级三种，企业可根据自身条件申请乙级或丙级，具体可以参见建筑装饰装修专项设计资质标准来确定。说白了，主要就是人员的问题，再有就是规委的关系了。

家装公司需要资质如下:一、装修公司是否持有《建筑企业资质证书》及《工商营业执照》正、副本;二、资质证书和营业执照上公司的名称是否与装修合同当事人一样;三、资质证书和营业执照是否印有上一年的年检印章;四、工程负责人是否持有建材部颁发的土建、水暖工程师职称证书;五、装修工人是否持有建设行政主管部门发放的装饰装修从业上岗证书。
