本人在北京生活十几年，参加摇号六七年，现在中签率是基准的9倍了，但一直没有中签。 有一次带孩子出门，为了赶时间去坐地铁，地铁挤得要命，又没人让座，发誓再也不带她去坐地铁。 实在没办法，买了一辆河北的小车。想着现在有了北京交警APP，不用跑几十公里到河北交界的地方办理进京证，应该很方便。 哪知道，跑一次河北来回也许1个小时，但耗在北京交警APP上的时间经常是一天十来个小时。 不断地刷新、重启，实在不行卸载、重装。怀疑自己的4G网不行，买最好的路由器，把家里的带宽提到100M,可是还是说人太多。
白天上班进不去，晚上睡觉前还在登录，还是进不去，凌晨两三点还是进不去。天啊，要不要人活了。 多次在北京交警APP留言，根本没人理，打12345市长热线，态度不错，但不解决问题，回访也是流于形式。换个手机号码接着打，还是一样。 其实平时也不开，只是周末开一开。但总担惊受怕，万一被拍怎么办？上网找攻略，看看哪儿有摄像头，有相关的地图，还收费。唉，真会赚钱。
不发牢骚了，还是上诀窍吧。经过一段时间的总结，可以得出如下诀窍：平时早上8点之前一般是上不去的，8点之后似乎突然开个口子，上去的机率大一些。周五的上午非常慢，进不去，周一到周四早上会好很多。和4G还是wifi没关系，如果内部卡住，不想让你办，什么网都没用。节假日之前的几天，或者有北京有重要活动的前几天，估计是被关了，一般进不去。遇到污染指数高的时候，一般也是进不去的。苹果手机比安卓手机进入的机率大一些。中国移动的手机比中国电信和联通的手机进入的机率大一些。
