1、把鼠标换到另外一台电脑上用用，看能否使用。
能用则好，说明电脑有问题：1）、驱动问题：卸载并更新USB（ps/2）驱动试试。
2）、USB（ps/2）接口有问题,擦拭几遍看看。2、换另一个鼠标到本电脑，看能否使用。
能用则原来的坏。更换鼠标。
不能用则原因不明，多换几台试试。

我也经历过。是电脑正在驱动新的鼠标，稍微等待几分钟大概就可以了。
重新开启电脑选择安全模式就OK
我的也是 鼠标玩守望先锋 魔兽世界 玩着玩着 鼠标突然 就不动 ，然后叮咚 叮咚 一直的就这样断开 失灵，听大师们说 检查驱动什么的，驱动里面没有黄色感叹号，驱动精灵 检查过什么都装了。但是就是玩着就失灵。然后我换上普通的鼠标 就是没有那种带很多按键 以及DPI调节的鼠标，就很少出问题。系统也重装过数次，只要换最近新买的哪种DPI鼠标 玩不了多久就失灵，以前用过几个DPI调节的鼠标 也没事，不知道为什么现在的就有事了，有大神能解的 ，也帮我解一下。万分感谢！！
