日晚，开车时空调温度调至最大最冷，开车不到5分钟，突然有个东西弹出来吓了一跳，后停车检查，才看到是塑料拨片掉下来了，第二天白天拿出来看是上面的几个卡子断了，今天去4S店维修，因为车还在保修期内，工作人员讲断裂掉下来了不在保修期内，如果没有掉下来是可以保修的，这不是放屁嘛！没有掉下来我怎么知道断裂了呢？另外一个工作人员讲我们车是有出厂合格证的，都是合格产品，不存在有质量问题，那我就要问，我买车是不是要把每个零件都拆下来看看是否合格呢？另一工作人员还讲这个东西你不碰它它会断会掉下来吗？这话更伤心，这个不就是拿来调节的嘛，非要讲是人为的原因。我也是讲道理的人，遇到问题我们应该从实际去分析问题点啊，找出原因防止以后类似的事情发生嘛。从分析零件的断面来看，一看就明白这明明是零件缺陷造成的断裂嘛，非要讲是人为的原因。真是无语！

E90小修空调出风口拨片，完美DIY！
卖力的洗车小弟每次都很好心地给擦着中控台，而且很仔细的擦着空调出风口，但是E90的出风口拨片实在是太脆弱了，4个拨片无一幸免。于是抽空DIY了一下，完美解决：准备工具：勤劳的双手，专研的大脑，强力胶一支，水果木叉子数根，剪刀一把，清洁工具等。上图为水果叉子。上图为强力胶。using for wood，rubber，plastics，metal，paper and leather.空调出风口为塑料件，叉子为木质材料，所以完全没问题。首先，需要用手拆掉空调出风口面板，连接着中间2个，右侧一个，还有无钥匙启动按钮，中间的中控锁/DTC/双扇/冷暖调节装置。从启动按钮位置附近，用手掰出面板一侧，然后依次往右掰出面板。注意中间出风口后有两个螺帽，拧出后，拔掉启动插线，用手拨出DTC装置，后面有连个插头，拔掉。这样空调出风口就脱离开了。上图为拆出来的空调出风口。其次，需要脱离开两侧面的连杆。然后在脱离前面板。再次，把水果叉子剪成上图所示，然后用强力胶站在拨片上。这样，只要叉子不掉，拨片是不会掉的，原来的卡扣太薄了，一使劲就会断，这个看起来就很结实，呵呵侧面侧面最后，上图为完成图！哈哈！完美 [ 本帖最后由 thepringles 于
