建议： 包皮过长对女性的危害　　1、导致女性妇科疾病的发生，男性包皮过长就很容易产生卫生死角，使得包皮垢堆积，再加上平时残留的尿液和精液，就为细菌的再生创造了良好的调节，如果此时进行性生活，就会将包皮垢带入女方的阴道内，长此下去，就会引发女性生殖感染疾病的发生，如滴虫性阴道炎、霉菌性阴道炎、支原体、衣原体感染等。　　2、如果是包皮过长引起炎症反应，还可以上行感染，引发前列腺炎等疾病，从而影响精子的质量，发生不育症，是女性丧失当妈妈的权利。　　3、处于青春期宫颈鳞状上皮化生时期的女性，对于致癌物较为敏感，而包皮垢引起宫颈感染，容易导致宫颈癌，另外，由于包皮过长会造成早泄，所以会使得女性无法达到高潮，从而降低了性生活的质量。　　4、临床发现，约有85%-95%的阴茎癌患者有包茎或包皮过长病史，妻子患宫颈癌，与丈夫的包皮垢刺激也有一定关系。

建议： 包皮过长指包皮将整个阴茎头包住，龟头不能露出来，但在清洗、手淫及性交时都可以使包皮翻转，让龟头外露。当男性朋友发现包皮过长时，如果不注意局部卫生容易感染成包皮炎，严重的包茎，常引起排尿困难、尿道继发感染、上尿路扩张和肾功能损害，也可以引起阳痿、早泄、性功能障碍、不育症等严重后果。包皮过长、包茎看起来似乎不算什么大毛病，但其危害是不可小视的，这种危害来自包皮下的“包皮垢”，各种泌尿性疾病的病原体就会在包皮的遮盖和保护下大量繁殖，可引起阴茎头及包皮龟头炎、尿道炎、生殖器疣疱疹等疾病，还会通过夫妻生活把各种致病菌直接传播给女性。包皮过长手术的费用是多少，与医院的医疗技术、设备也有很大的关系。先进的医疗设备、医术精湛的医生，会让手术的安全性与效果更有保障，因此在不同医院，包皮过长手术的费用也会存在一定的差异。包皮过长手术虽然是一种常见的小手术，但是对医生的技术以及术后的恢复情况等要求很高。目前有一些小医院、小门诊利用非常廉价的手术费用吸引患者，但是术后还要收取一大堆的各种费用，而且包皮手术后的质量也不能保证，手术不规范，术后感染和导致包皮疤痕。
