The pill is round, larger than an asprin, red with Z imprint. What is it? ## May be for schizophrenia. Im trying to find out for sure myself, but have reason to believe thats what its for. ## It actually sounds like you might have found an Acetaminophen tablet, which is a generic for Tylenol, it is used to treat headaches, fever, and body aches. The one that is red with the Z marking is manufactured by Leiner Health Products and they list it as containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen. Is there anything else I can help with?

Just want to know difference between both pills, beside Manufacturers. I was taking Hydocodone-Acetaminophen 10-325 yellow pill #1096 on one side a V on other side. Hey. I just had surgery (tonsils burned & removed) and the dr prescribed me acetaminophen with codeine in it. I've been instructed to take 15ml every four hours as needed. Is that 4 times a day? ## Hi Brittany, 4 goes into 24 hours (1 day) six times. This means that "every 4 hours" translates to 6 times a day. However, "as needed" means that you don't necessarily have to abide by that regimen if you don't feel the need to take it as often. If you have any other questions concerning an appropriate dosing protocol, it may be best to discuss this with your prescribing doctor just to be on the same page. Can't find what these two pills are. Found them in a car. It's an oval shaped white pill with 553 on one side and blank on the other. ## I also found two white oblong pills with 533 only on one side no markings on the other. I have had serious skin problems, flu-like symptoms, spent months in bed feeling as though I was dying. I think it is due to the acetaminophen and not the pain medication. ## Hello, Chris! Found this in my drive way, the ground was wet, not 100% sure of the last 2 letters on the pill: co or cc. The soft gel pill was emptied of its contents, what was left behind looked like sugar particles. There was no smell to the pill. ## Hello, Summer! How are you? The pill I found is 2 in a pack and they are pretty big pills. They are gel, red, oval looking and say 512 on one side... You can tell it's some type of allergy or sinus medication that you can buy over the counter. ## Hi Angie, I located an oval orange colored gel (liquid-filled) pill marked with "512", that reportedly contains a combination of Acetaminophen (325mg) + Dextromethorphan (10mg) + Phenylephrine hydrochloride (5 mg), used for treating upper respiratory conditions such as colds, coughing and/or allergy symptoms. Wife received a new pill made by this company as a sub for her usual oxycodon-acetaminophen 7.5-325, white football shaped small pill with the ID U16 on one side and the other blank, The pills seem to have no real relief of pain compared to the other made by Mylan, they are either much weaker or out right rip offs, have contacted RiteAid who just started using these things to see what they say. If it is going to be this way, she will have to change to the more expensive regular Percocet, cost more, but always work. What are the drug manufacturers up to now they increase prices but lower quality and pain relief.
