我手机，连上无线网啦，却不能上网，别人的可以！我想问下是不是设置的问题。

可以连接上wifi，但是不能上网吧。楼主，这种情况其实更多的应该是无线网络本身的问题（比如设置限制什么）。推荐你先参考这个问题的第二点排查一下先吧：若是无线网络本身的正常的，也没限制设置什么，别的手机都可以正常连接使用。那有可能是：你手机上有安装或设置程序的联网管理，比如乐安全--流量监控下设置了限制程序的wlan联网功能了。或是其它的一些第三方软件的冲突异常，特别是设置wlan服务相关的程序。看看是卸载相关的程序或是直接恢复下手机的出厂设置应该就可以解决了。再不然，如果是你之前有像刷过第三方固件或是root获取权限过，这些涉及系统层面的操作，可能是系统文件异常导致的了，得重新刷机回去官方的固件才能正常使用了。自己有刷机的经验的话这就有。如果是自己不好刷或是觉得自己什么都没做过导致的，建议你还是去售后维修站那边检测维修保修点。系统问题，刷机一下就可以了。硬件问题，比如内置wifi模块异常了，同样是可以维修解决的。维修站地址查询：
