闲鱼买手机申请退货,卖家不同意,怎么办?

前几天在淘宝闲鱼上买了一个二手5S,在步行街发帖问了一圈,感觉不是很合适,就想着干脆退了直接去京东买一个新的,今天和卖家沟通,说想退货,卖家说没有质量问题不退,因为是顺丰到付,我想着邮费我自己付,再给他退回去,卖家还是不同意,说要我赔偿至少100元损失费,我没同意,直接申请退款了,打算明天手机到了拒签。因为头一次遇到这个事情,不是很清楚自己做的对不对,就来步行街问一下JR们,希望能给点建议……

我一般都把细节描述清楚 不退不换也都写明白 完全自愿的情况你下单了又想反悔
从道义上讲 如果手机寄过来没有质量问题 描述相符不是假货 你退货不太合适
当然了你心里不舒服该退就退吧 只能说那个卖家遇见你算他倒霉。。。
建议以后还是少上咸鱼吧 太坑了

如果是个人卖家,即使你把邮费掏了,但是人家还来回折腾寄件,浪费了时间精力;如果是专业卖二手的,估计更不愿意给你退,好不容易忽悠出去一个。话说楼主为什么不在咸鱼上买之前先做好工作呢?

另外手机这种东西还是别咸鱼买了。。。到时候怕你来发帖说咸鱼买手机被骗了。。。

一般来讲,二手东西都不支持无理由退货
我觉得楼主赔个邮费得了,万一收了,手机有问题那才是*河蟹*烦,本来二手5s水就深,只要拒收,问题不大
淘宝规则里明确写了二手物品不支持七天无理由退货,但是这是针对签收后的买家。楼主你没有签收快件,我认为是可以退的,拒签快递即可。到手刀的人的做法是签收了以后也不退,故意找茬让卖家减价的,人品相当恶劣发自手机虎扑

我在咸鱼卖个美版5S手机,发货前,我测试好,拍好照,没有任何问题,发的顺丰到付,再三强调要当面签收验货,买家在10点签收,后来12点后才告诉我无法开机,我问为何不当面验货,买家说顺丰不让验货,但是为什么又隔了2个小时后才告诉我不能开机,为什么不是10点签收时就告诉我不能开机?我怀疑买家做了手脚,虽然我现在已经同意买家退回,但是如果我发现买家做了手脚,换了机,或者拆了零件,我该如何维权?

提前说明的当面验货,还不验货?不让验就拒签,不当面验货收到的若被快递掉包后的砖头,也找卖家理赔的话就岂不更惨?既然签收了,责任就是买家的了,最起码有大部分的责任。这种情况可拒绝退货和任何赔偿,淘宝应该支持卖家。但是会被差评吧....。楼主这种息事宁人的做法也只能吃哑巴亏了.....你不会收到退货后先验货看到被动手脚,拒签再发回吧?再说也不一定当场就看出来动过手脚。

手机卖的时候不是有串号么,不知道咸鱼上有没有,淘宝上是有的。首先你得向咸鱼证明买家发回来的手机和你的手机不是同一台才行。

既然已经收货就代表验货了,拒绝买家的退货要求,买家不能提供拆包验机视频淘宝不会支持的。
