自己动手加工零件彻底解决骏捷自动空调脑残设计的混风系统故障
自动空调可谓问题多多上次按照方世玉的方法解决掉内外风循环系统故障。
这次出新的故障了，空调狂吹热风，吹的你脸发烧，就是不停。
故障现象详见：
经过多次研究，找到了混风电机的部位，就在副驾左脚伸进去靠左前一点，把副驾的脚灯那块板卸掉就可以看到。混风电机并未损坏，损坏的是要命的舢板轴。拆下混风电机，发现舢板轴断裂了。 当空调风量开的较大的时候，这个舢板轴切换需要承受很大的横向扭力。
而骏捷的设计确实脑残，一个这么关键的部位，舢板轴和舢板一体的，这个轴直径7.6mm左右，塑料件，还开了键槽，我尻~~~这2确实太容易断裂了呀。而却断裂了没法修理。联系了几个淘宝的骏捷特卖商家，都表示，骏捷自动空调特容易坏这个，淘宝上总成卖380一套。但问题是自行更换，难度太大了。
找：不能修理，更换混风总成680元，工时费800元，要拆除中控、仪表台，几乎要把驾驶室拆光才能更换这个混风总成。总价：1280 吓的我直哆嗦~~~
研究自己修理，用别的材质替代这个塑料轴，但是自行加工，没有车床铣床，难度大呀。
想到了容易加工的材质：铝合金，这个材料好找，街上铝合金门窗店都有，讨要一点点来即可。
需要的材料： 3mm厚铝合金板材少许、AB金属胶粘剂、2.5mm铜芯电线1cm
需要的工具： 钢锯、虎钳、裁纸刀、整形锉、电钻、2mm钻头、游标卡尺、

补充：因为图片压缩厉害，有点看不清了。游标卡尺测量的图片中大家看到一个黄铜颜色的东西，这就是从2.5mm电线里剥离出来的一截电线
用电钻打孔后，把这个电线作为一个铜鞘打入，打之前AB金属粘接剂伺候。
打入后，整形锉修复外形成为一个圆轴即可。
目的：加强强度。因为我们这个轴为了加工方便，采用三块铝合金条组合而成。如果仅仅依靠AB金属胶粘剂，恐怕强度不够。因此，这个铜鞘可大大增强强度。

骏捷空调出现严重异常 07年11月出厂、08年5月上牌的骏捷1.8手动豪华型，自己家用的车很爱惜，现跑了5万公里，除了后备箱支撑杆坏了一个外，从来没有过其他毛病，我简直太爱她了。但是，从上个月开始空调出毛病了，先是不制冷，到4S检查后说是要加氟，其实是重新注入的氟，每小瓶300克60元，加了三瓶，之后恢复制冷了，但是悲剧也开始了，一开空调就觉得右前方机盖里面啪啪啪响，时轻微时严重，严重时发动机转速不稳，感觉整个车体都在晃，有点吓人，不敢跑了。再去检查，说是什么空调电磁开关不能正常吸合了，不能修只能更换整个压缩机，要价1500元左右。加氟之前从来没这毛病，怎么突然就坏了呢？各位大侠，这到底是哪儿坏了？请告知。万分感谢！万分焦急等答案。最近浏览论坛：

温度传感器在右侧后视镜下方，一个凸出的圆球，拆开车门把接头重新固定下或许可以解决！
