（原创）如何精准快速找到客户的采购邮箱

做外贸，都需要找客户，但是找客户也就是找到邮箱联系。那么问题来了，如何找到客户的采购邮箱呢？到底怎么找到客户公司的直接负责人呢？？
看过别人发了那么多帖子，但是终究没有提到找采购，或者浅显地提到了，但是实践起来根本没啥用。下面我就谈谈我自己的独家方法，保证真正实用有效，精准快速。
一开始我讲点题外话，什么是客户的采购邮箱，你知道么？在这里，我要说的主要是以公司域名为后缀的企业付费邮箱或者说公司邮箱如，而非那些gmail,yahoo,hotmail,outlook,foxmail,163等等的免费邮箱。采购邮箱是什么格式呢？首先大部分采购邮箱是人名开头的，或者是purchasing,purchaser,buyer,buying,sourcing,procuring,procurement这样开头的邮箱。当然有少数是info开头的邮箱也有时被用来做采购邮箱。
接下来进入正题，找采购邮箱或者直接负责人邮箱分三步走：
第一步，首先你得找到客户公司名和网址，积累一些客户资料。这个可以去谷歌或者领英输关键词找一些既有公司名又有网址的客户。
第二步，去微匹或者输入公司网址，查看搜到的邮箱结果。
然后就是分析搜索到的邮箱。我们要找出那些是人名开头的邮箱或者是上面提到的purchasing等等开头的邮箱。
第三步，去领英或者谷歌搜索验证找到的人名邮箱是不是采购。
打开领英，输入邮箱符号@前面的人名，按照格式输入 & xx at xx company 搜索，这样如果搜到了这个名字的领英页面，打开去查看，查看他的职位是不是purchasing manager,managing director,sourcing manager,product manager,business development manager,supply chain manager,category manager等等，如果是的话，那我们可以确认这个邮箱就是采购邮箱，可以直接发开发信。
如果客户搜出来的领英页面职位是销售或者客服，那我们就可以直接在领英搜索他们的公司名字，看有没有在领英的公司主页，然后点击查看所有员工，看看有没有上面职位的人。
然后就是根据微匹或Hunter搜出来的邮箱格式，结合领英找到的采购名字，去猜邮箱。或者你直接用hunter插件领英挖邮箱。搜到的邮箱去hunter里面验证下，若显示有效，就直接发开发信。
如果没有在领英找到客户公司，也没找到客户公司员工，那么这时候我们就得去谷歌找找了。首先是谷歌输入 公司名 “mail&,网址“mail&，看有没有人名邮箱。再输入purchasing manager at xx company &mail&，purchasing manager
&mail，这样去找找看有没有人名邮箱。
如果知道客户名字，网址，但是领英搜不到邮箱，谷歌搜不到邮箱。那么我们就去猜邮箱。
一般客户邮箱命名格式主要有以下11种：
假设客户公司名是ABC limited,网站,客户名 Jim Smith这样的2个单词的，名字为3个单词的这里不讨论。
那么首先可以确定的是邮箱格式都是这样的。
那么客户的邮箱开头格式也就只有10种：
jimsmith
jim.smith
jsmith
j.smith
j_smith &
jim
jim.s &
jim_smith
jims &
jim_s
然后去微匹或者hunter验证邮箱，验证有效的就发开发信就是了。
如果以上方法还是没找到邮箱，那就可以去whois查询下域名注册信息，看看里面的注册人邮箱是不是人名邮箱。或者去客户公司的非死不可页面和instagram页面查看简介那里是否有邮箱。万一真的找不到，那就直接发info开头的邮箱就好了。

Bobby问起大公司对采购经理、资源经理的资质要求。如果要成为总监（Director），又需要哪些资质呢？下面就我所知道的一些外资生产企业给予答复。有些内容可能适于非生产企业。
拿我所在的公司而言（20亿美金左右的年度销售额，采购额在10到12亿美金，总部在硅谷），对供应链业务经理（Supply Chain Business Manager，相当于别的公司的采购经理、资源经理、Commodity Manager等），一般要求5到8年的工作经历、工科背景、大学毕业、有相关多种低量（High Mix Low Volume）企业的工作经历。理想应聘者应具备研究生或MBA学历、C.P.M.或CPIM认证。当然这些只是要求，符合条件者并不多。笔者曾经面试好几个求职者，其中几个被聘，符合资质者寥寥。但就工作经历而言，四、五年的工作经历是必需的。上述资质是针对在美国的应聘者。我们也在韩国等地招聘供应链业务经理，要求的资质类似，但符合资质的就更少。
总的来说，不要太在意外国学历、国内名牌大学的学历、大公司的经历。美国公司相对比较民主，英雄不论出身：才干最重要。不要期望你会符合所有的资质。只要你能说服应聘者你胜任工作，那就行了。三年前笔者应聘现在的职位时，只满足三项条件中的一个（工科背景）而已。不过我想职业认证诸如注册采购经理（Certified Purchasing Manager, C.P.M.）和生产与库存管理认证（Certified in Production and Inventory Management, CPIM）等还是对美国公司有一定的吸引力，因为这至少证明你是这个职业的专业人士。当然，这些美国的认证对欧洲企业的吸引力如何就不得而知，反之反是。
对于总监级别，一般要求10年左右的工作经历。感兴趣的话可到（招聘网）上去搜索相关的职位，了解具体要求。如果说经理级别注重职业相关的经历加人事处理能力的话，总监级别则更重视人事能力。因为总监的任务是领导一个部门，代表整个部门（Group）与别的部门大交道。能否理解内外客户的要求并把他们摆平就非常重要。再就是对下属的管理能力。此类职位一般都要求几年的管理直接下属的经历。当然这些只是笔者皮毛性的理解。以后有机会再细讲。
