我上次也是和婆婆还有一个邻居去市场买菜，逛了有十几分钟，然后我就头晕目眩，怎么晕倒的我都不知道，等我醒来，边上围了一群人，我醒来第一句话就问我婆婆，我怎么躺在地上，我婆婆吓得赶紧带我去医院，检查血糖和血常规，血压也正常，血糖正常，就是有点轻微，医生说可能是菜市场比较吵，还有各种难闻的味道导致的！说孕妇应该静养，不要跑到那些人多的环境中去！

我孕期有两次生气失眠造成高血压的时候才会这样，没治疗，控制心情睡眠充足少吃辛辣油腻咸的实物，还有一种可能就是贫血，我朋友是贫血造成的这种情况，买了补血的平时也开始吃补血的实物。你可以去医院简单检查一下是哪种
