手机听筒坏了 换一个就好了 听筒跟免提的扩音器是分着的 听筒的那个坏掉了只有开免提了
先查看一下是不是起动了静音模式 然后检查一下媒体音量是不是关闭了。 一般第二个的可能性大些。
手机设置看一下，
看耳机孔是否有红点。耳机排线或尾插排线，
还不行，就去售后换机。
试试听筒播放其他语音，如果也没声就是听筒坏了

手机外放无声了！！一直处于耳机模式
刚才还以为是响铃有什么问题，原来外放任何音乐都没有声音了，耳机听是正常的。
后来花了一小时重置手机后仍无改观。
然后调音量的时候发现提示：音量过大会损害听力。
说明手机一直都处于耳机模式，所以才会外放无声。
求解决方法

不想重置手机，下了十几G的东西
