2011款新骐达空调清洗作业
夏天到了，车也用了快两年了，空调一直没有清洗过，最近开空调后一直有一股臭味，赶上5.1正好有时间，想想自己洗算了。上网查了一下，没有发现比较完整的清洗空调的帖子，没办法只有自己研究了。今天上午研究完毕并完成了实践，效果不错。毕竟自己研究的，可能还有不到位的地方，请大家指教。下面奉上操作方法：
第一步，准备工具:
& && &&&1. 栓布条的细长杆，用来找出空调外循环进气口的位置
& && &&&2.十字螺丝刀，用来拆装手套箱
& && &&&3.空调滤，网购，用来更换原来车上用过的空调滤
& && &&&4.空调清洗剂（膨胀泡沫型的），网购，自带导管，专门用来清洗汽车空调管道的

第二步，寻找车上的空调外循环进风口
网上有好多人询问新骐达的空调外循环进风口位置，但好像没有答案，只好自己找了
& && && &1.挂P挡、拉手刹，启动发动机（注意安全），空调关闭AUTO与A/C按钮，设置到最大风量，进风调到外循环

2.打开发动机舱，拆下拓车架号的盖子

3.把栓布条的细长杆从打开的盖子处伸进去，看到布条被横向吸入的地方就是空调外循环进风口

第三步，拆除空调滤
新骐达的空调滤位于中控台下方靠副驾驶的一侧，拆下手套箱可清楚地看见。（不拆手套箱的话也可以勉强看见，不知道能不能不拆手套箱拆下空调滤，也许熟悉结构后可以。这次我是拆了手套箱的）
& & 1.拆手套箱，熄火后将固定手套箱的共8颗螺钉拧下，然后用双手向下轻压手套箱，就可轻松拆下（手套箱里的隔板可以取下来，拧螺栓的时候方便一些。拆下的螺钉最好与原位置一一对应，装的时候可能好装一些）。

& & 2.拆空调滤，打开空调滤的盖子（盖子下面有个卡口可轻松拆下），将空调滤取出（空调滤的安装口较空调滤小，需将空调滤稍捏扁后取出）

& & 3.将空调滤的盖子装回（不装空调滤），并在盖子下面垫上些卫生纸，防止后面清洗时清洗剂流到内饰件上

第四步，清洗空调风道
& & 1.将空调清洗剂的导管的一端插入到找到的空调外循环进风口内，另一端与空调清洗剂喷嘴相连

& & 2.启动发动机怠速运转，空调采用与第二步时相同的设置，将清洗剂整罐喷入进风口后，等10-15分钟。然后关闭发动再机等5-10分钟左右，可以看到地下有流出的清洗后的废液

第五步，更换空调滤并装回手套箱
取下空调滤盖子，将新的空调滤装入后（装入时需将空调滤稍微捏扁一些）再将盖子盖好。然后将手套箱装好。

第六步，启动发动机怠速运转，将空调温度设置到最高，风量调到最大，采用外循环模式，并
& && &&&关闭AUTO和A/C按钮，运转5分钟左右后关闭发动机，清洗完毕
总结：1.本人的车这样清洗过后效果很好，异味完全消除，空调运转正常。
2.DIY的结果是比较有成就感。
3.操作过程中应采取安全措施（如全过程使用P挡、拉紧手刹、使用车轮止动块、使用专
& && &&&门防护工具等）避免造成意外，与不必要的麻烦。
