TC7030B 塔机为水平起重臂,小车变幅,上回转自升多用途塔机。该机的特色有: The TC7030B tower crane is a self-climbing multi-purpose machine with a horizontal jib, a trolleying mechanism and an upper slewing mechanism. Its characteristics are: 1.性能参数及技术指标国内领先,最大工作幅度 70m,最大起升高度 174m。 The performance parameters and technical indicator of the crane are at a leading level in China. The Maximum working radius is 70m and the maximum hoisting height is 174m. 2.整机外形为国际流行式,非常美观,深受国内外用户的喜爱。 The outline of the crane is international fashion model and very perfect, enjoyed by the users. 3. 工作方式多,适用范围广。该机有基础固定,底架固定,外墙附着及行走等工作 方式,适用各种不同的施工对象。支腿固定独立式及底架固定独立式的起升高度为 54m, 附着式是在独立式的基础上, 增加标准节和附着装置即可实现, 起升高度可达 174m。 The crane has many working mode, it is used in different condition. Basic requirements as follows: ―基础下土质应坚固夯实,根据土质情况,可选用不同的基础(见图 1. 2-2a, 1.2-2b)。 -- The soil below foundation must be tamped solid. Different foundations may be chosen to suit different soil conditions. (Shown as Fig.1.2-2a, 1.2-2b) ―混凝土强度等级不得低于 c35,地耐力不小于图 1.2-2a,1. 2-2b 的规定。 -- The concrete strength grade must not be lower than C35. The earth endurance must not be smaller than the specifications as shown in Fig.1.2-2a, 1.2-2b ―混凝土基础的深度应为 1600 mm。 -- The height of concrete foundation must be no less than 1600mm.12 TC7030B 使用说明书 Operating Instructions13 TC7030B 使用说明书 Operating Instructions14 TC7030B 使用说明书 Operating Instructions 1.2.3固定支腿的安装 Install the Embedded Anchor―固定支腿安装不当会严重影响塔机的使用(如塔身倾斜等) 。 -- Improper installation will have negative influence upon crane operation ( e.g. tower body inclining ). ―必须使用规定的安装部件。 -- Use the specified parts and components. ―基础节可与固定支腿一起在塔机之前供货。 -- Base tower section and the embedded anchors must be delivered before tower crane. 1.2.3.1 固定支腿尺寸(图 1.2-3)Size of the foundation anchors (Fig. 1.2-3) ―固定支腿必须按混凝土基础中心线对称安装成 2m×2m 的正方形。 -- The anchors must be symmetrically embedded at the sides of the centerlines of concrete foundation as a 2m×2m square.1.2.3.2 安装固定支腿(图 1.2-4)Install the embedded Anchors (Fig.1.2-4) ―用销轴将 4 只固定支腿与基础节装配在一起, 敲击直至轴肩紧贴弦杆表面, 在销轴 上装上防转套后再插入小销轴及弹簧销(图 1.2-4 详图 A) -- Fasten 4 anchors and the base sect knock the pins down until its shoulder tightly contact with the surface of chord rod. Be sure that the climbing lug on the base section is placed perpendicularly to the building in order to conveniently installing and dismantling the whole tower crane. ―固定支腿周围的钢筋数量不得减少和切断。 -- Be sure that the number of re-bars around anchors must not be reduced or cut off. ―吊起装配好的固定支腿和基础节整体, 浇注混凝土。 在基础节的两个方向的中心线 上挂铅垂线, 保证预埋后基础节中心线与水平面的垂直度≤1/1000。 -- Gently hoist the whole piece of anchors assembled with the base section so that it is in a vertical position before placing concrete. Hang plumb lines along the centerline in 2 directions of the base section to ensure that the perpendicularity of the embedded base section centerline and horizontal plane is less than 1/1000. ―固定支腿周围混凝土充填率必须达 95%以上。 -- Concrete filling rate around the embedded anchors must be over 95%.16 TC7030B 使用说明书 Operating Instructions 1.2.4 底架固定式基础的载荷 Base load of stationary crane with foundation undercarriageConditionsFv(kN) In operation 2150 Out of operation 2030Fh(kN) 37 152M(kNm) 1.2.5 底 架 固 定 式 基 础 ( 图 1.2-6) Foundation for the stationary crane with an undercarriage (Fig.1.2-6) 底架固定式塔式起重机的地基基础是保证塔机安全使用的必要条件, 要求该基础分不 同地质情况严格按照规定执行。采用四块整体钢筋混凝土基础,对基础的基本要求如下: The ground foundation is the precondition to ensure safe operation of the crane. This foundation must closely comply with the regulations for different geological conditions. It is built of 4-blocks as base ballast, made of reinforced concrete. Basic requirements as follows: 1.2.5.1 混凝土强度等级不得低于 c35,基础下土质应坚固夯实、地耐力不小于 0.18Mpa。 The concrete strength grade shall be no less than C35. The soil below foundations shall be tamped solid. The earth-bearing load shall be no less than 0.18MPa. 1.2.5.2 混凝土基础的深度应大于 1000mm。 The depth of concrete foundation shall be more than 1000mm. 1.2.5.3 混凝土基础与底梁接触表面应校水平,平面度误差小于 1/750。 The contact surface between concrete foundation and frame girder shall be calibrated for horizontality. Its planeness deviation shall be within 1/750. 1.2.5.4 四个块基础中心连线的中间挖 1200mmX1200mm 深 800mm 的坑,且挖排水沟, 便于底梁的安装。 Dig a pit (1200mm × 1200mm × 800mm) with water drains in the middle part of 4-block foundation for the installing the frame girder. 1.2.5.5 四组地脚螺栓相对位置必须准确,以保证底梁的安装。 The relative positions of 4-group foundation bolts shall be accurate to ensure proper installation.17 TC7030B 使用说明书 Operating InstructionsFig.1.2-618 TC7030B 使用说明书 Operating InstructionsFig.1.2-619 TC7030B 使用说明书 Operating Instructions 1.2.6. 平衡重 Counter-weight 1.2.6.1 概述 General ―平衡重应按我们提供的图纸制作。 应保证平衡重的外形尺寸及功能尺寸, 尤其是悬 挂孔的位置及其尺寸。 --The counter-weight shall be manufactured according to the drawings we have provided. Ensuring its overall dimensions and function dimensions, particularly the positions and sizes of hanging holes. ―平衡重共有两种规格,均采用钢筋混凝土浇注成形,具体外形尺寸参见下图(图 1.2-5 及图 1.2-6) 。 -- The counter-weight ha both are cast with reinforced concrete. Be sure of its overall dimensions and opening positions. Keep its upper surface and lower surface in parallel, otherwise its stability will be reduced and accidents will occur.22 TC7030B 使用说明书 Operating Instructions第三章立 塔Chapter Ⅲ Erection1.3.1 引言 Introduction ―用户应熟读本章说明,以便正确迅速架设塔机。 -- Customers are required to go through this section to ensure proper and smooth erection of the tower crane. ―根据《汽车吊的特性及起重能力》和安装单元的重量和高度选用汽车吊。 --According The Characteristics and Hoisting Capacity of Truck Crane and the weight and height of erection units to select the proper truck crane. ―用汽车吊能在最短的时间内和最小的场地立塔。 --The truck crane selected shall be capable of erecting the tower crane at the shortest time and limited site. 1.3.2 立塔的注意事项 Cautions a. 塔机安装工作应在塔机最高处风速不大于 14m/s 时进行。 The wind speed atop (the highest crane point) should be no greater than 14m/s during crane erection. b. 必须遵循立塔程序。 Strictly follow the erection procedures of tower crane. c. 注意吊点的选择,根据吊装部件选用长度适当,质量可靠的吊具 (参考表 1.3-2)。 Properly select the hook point. The hoist mechanism is located at the rear of the counter-jib and the slewing mechanism is symmetrically located on both sides of the upper support. The trolley is pulled by trolleying mechanism to make to-and-fro movements along the jib. To enhance tower crane stability and tower body rigidity, several anchors are provided along the whole height of the tower body (Fig.1-2). In case of standard attachment, the tower body center has to be kept 5m away from the building. In case of the actual distance of the project not in compliance with this requirement, just contact our company for further information. Items 1.3.3.2.1 and 1.3.3.2.2 give consideration to project construction requirements and force-applied situations of the tower body and anchored frames. They specify the distance between anchored frame and foundation plane, distance between anchored frames and suspension height limit above anchored frame. Leaf-to-leaf connection is by 4 M36 hexagonal head bolts through reamed holes. During assembly, bolts cannot be used directly for hole-to-hole positioning. Special pins must be used at first for hole-to-hole positioning before inserting such bolts. The pre-tensioning torsion moment of bolts is 1640Nm. In order to improve hoisting performance and reduce jib weight, the jib is structured of a double hook lugs and varied cross-section spatial truss. In the first section is provided the traveling mechanism. The trolley moves with the jib lower chord as its track. It is pulled by the traveling mechanism to move to and fro along the jib. On one side of the trolley is provided with a maintenance cage for tower crane installation and maintenance. On the other side is provided with the guide rail of wire rope anti-drop rollers. At the rear of the trolley is provided with three rope clips. And rope clip compression plates must be on the side of ropes with force applied. The rope clip interval is 6~9 times of the wire rope diameter. At the front end of the trolley is provided with tensioning devices. If the traction rope has become loosened, adjust tensioning devices to tension the rope. The jib root section is provided with another set of rope tensioning devices. The deviation tolerance is 4/1000. Switch on power to all electric circuits according to the electric circuit diagram and start all mechanisms for test run. At the same time, check wire ropes at different locations for normal working status and for any friction with structure member. Remove all abnormal cases.
