我上次去医院看过了，痒的时候一抓就是水泡，医生说是汗泡疹，穿透气的鞋子，尽量让脚保持干燥，医生给配了炉甘石粉剂，供各位妈妈参考。

估计是穿运动鞋悟出来的，后来一直穿凉鞋

33周的时候觉得脚上很痒，抓了一下发现出了很多小水泡，接着手上也有了，百度了下有人说是胎气引起的，不知道其他孕妈是不是也这样啊？~
我跟你一模一样的，去看了皮肤科，给我开了药水，医生说了孕妇可以用的。

偶30周左右也发过,开始时手指,脚趾之间接触的地方,后来发到指/趾背上都是, 脚上都发到脚心和脚后跟外圈,很痒很痒地,摸上去很难受.后来在网上查到一个偏方,用盐搓,类似去角质,然后用白醋洗一洗,不要擦干,自然干.得坚持一周左右, 但是至少晚上能睡个好觉.有兴趣不妨试试.一周后,不那么痒了, 但是皮还未完全退掉, 感觉手很糙,反正我是得有一个月手才完全好,后来几乎不搓了,反正不痒.
P.S.顺着指头/趾头方向搓,就是往指甲方向单向搓.偶开始没当心, 小月牙那里的肉肉搓破啦,真心痛啊!!

放心吧，我也长了，涂点小蜜蜂紫草膏止痒效果不错，也许过阵子就会自然好了，我的朋友怀孕前都不长这个，怀孕后期也发了好多湿疹，8个月以后就自动消退了~

我两个星期就好了，我用的艾叶泡水洗了两次，然后喝了两天绿豆汤两天银耳百合，然后明显不痒了，现在基本好了，要么你试试看
