杂志简介/稿件收录要求Applied Optics, the world's leading optical technology journal, is published in three monthly divisions. It reports the industry's most important experimental and applied research breakthroughs, from electro-optics and lasers, optical engineering, and quantum electronics, to optical probing and remote sensing from the extreme ultraviolet to the far infrared . . . plus patents. The Optical Technology and Biomedical Optics division of Applied Optics publishes papers pertaining to optical testing and instrumentation (including interferometry, metrology, moire techniques, speckle, and diffraction); x- micro- gradient- radi optical materials (excluding lasing and nonlinear materials that belong to the Lasers Photonics, and Environmental Optics division); medical optics (including tissue optics and optical medical instruments); and applied vision. Biomedical Optics is an area that is receiving new emphasis in this journal, and its scope is widening rapidly. The Information Processing division publishes papers in the broad areas of optical computing and Information processing. Specific topics of interest include, but are not limited to, image-detection Fourier optics, optical image processing, restoration, enhancement, and
statistica opt optical data r optic optical interconnection systems, packaging, and optical materials, devices, algorithms, and architectures relevant to these technologies. The Lasers, Photonics, and Environmental Optics division publishes papers relating to lasers and laser systems, optoelectronic and photonic components and systems, and environmental optics. Specific topics of interest include, but are not limited to, lasers, including laser
nonlinear optics and w optical and i fiber- laser instrumentation, measurements, laser
atmospheric op lida ocean to and atmospheric scattering and meteorological optics.

请问Applied optics投稿问题
大家好，我的一篇投Applied optics期刊文章要大修，请问修回稿需要按照期刊的格式严格排版吗，因为这个期刊是一页双栏，不太好排版，还是把字体、行间距、参考文献等格式弄好就可以，而不用双栏排版吧
另外请问这个期刊可以有两个通信作者吗
我一个月多一点，而且就一个审稿人

如果纸质版的需要彩色的，则需要收费，如果只是网络版彩色的应该免费的
您好，我的稿件正在修改，我是这么弄的
（1）全部按照AO格式来的，图片表格直接放到文件中，没有放到最后
（2）我没有准备600dpi的，看清楚就 OK啦，感觉他要求 上传图片是没啥用，不会用在文章里的，第一稿长度没有要求，只是超过10页要收费

如上。这是什么问题？
我图片还比较清晰，但比较大，放到单栏里面，生成的PDF里面的图片确实看不清字。
他指的单纯是改善图片？
word里面看着清晰，但是pdf不一定清晰啊，所以图片的分辨率要设高一点，转换成pdf或者打印出来才清晰啊，字看不清可以稍微把字调大一点

投了Applied optics 20多天，为什么编辑才给一个审稿人7天时间而另一个审稿人2周时间审稿？而且那个审稿人也6天审完。。。。。。这么短时间就审完~~~好可怕。。。AO是这速度吗？？？:o求助求助各位老师
不过，编辑也就给了一个审稿人一周的时间。这才是我不解的……然后审稿人提前一天完成。
