总体来说，这个功能还是比较成功的，但是存在失败之处。淘宝一直在增加站内UGC，根据不同的需求推出了不同的产品。评论/追评，是买过的用户与卖家之间互动。阿里旺旺，是要买的用户与卖家之间的互动。问大家，是要买的用户与买过的用户互动。微淘，是商户产生内容。论坛，是用户产生内容。大家说的成功之处在于，给准备购买的人增加一个较可信的内容源，供消费决策。有人会说，有问题可以直接问小二呀，实时通讯，更快捷。但并不是所有人都知道购买这款产品要注意什么，要问什么问题。而且也并不是所有店小二都足够专业，可以给出专业问题的答案。为什么说问大家有失败之处，在于提出问题的人需求不能及时得到，等到有买过人来回答了，提出问题的人可能已经购买了类似产品了。所以在如何引导、鼓励用户去问问题，应当是前期主要要做的运营工作。
这个功能看起来是不错，但其实对卖家来说太苦逼了，同行互搞太容易了，因为产品不可能没有缺点。没有完美的产品，除非是品牌过硬，否则，同行只要不停的换帐号针对这个产品的缺点来提问，然后这种引导式的提问的回答可想而知了。。。。而且被置顶了，会呈现在产品手机端的首页位置，，转化直线下滑了
这个功能，只能是买过这个商品的买家才能收到邀请回答。对于买家来说，会更直接的了解产品的详细使用感受。
